During last two days a great number of Persian language bloggers have been filtered by the clerical regime.
Iran’s Communication Enterprise has filtered all bloggers that had their domain from World Press Blog Services. Formerly the main page of Persian World Press and then English World Press had been blocked in Iran.

Suppression in Sanandaj
Sanandaj, June 17, 2010
Bureau of Premises of SSF in Sanandaj has closed a shop of house ware appliances belonging to Mr. Yadollah Moradian in Sirous Street because he had participated in the general strike of May 13 of Kurdistan residents and fined him 70000 tomans. A pastry shop belonging to Mr. Payman Javanmardan in Ferdosi Street that was closed and sealed after the general strike was opened on Monday June 14 but Mr. Javanmardan was arrested at 7 am by regime’s agents.

A student arrested

Saeed Mir Hosseini a student of Science & Industry University was arrested on June 12 around Vali-e-Asr Street. Though his family has tried hard they couldn’t get any news of him.

Savage torturing of prisoners in Gohardasht Prison

ISC reports from Gohardahst Prison that during savage tortures and harassment of prisoners of ward one of this prison continues since a few weeks ago.
The prisoners most of them political prisoners are deprived of water in the hot whether for hours and if they nock and aske for water to drink they are hand and leg cuffed they are eye-banded and are taken to torture cells.
Tortures last for hours and they are beaten with batons both ordinary and electric.
Amongst the prisoners being subject of this kind of treatment during last days are Hasan Sharifi, Ghaisar Ismaili, Javad Zare, Ahad Fatahian (his nose is broken due to tortures), Saman Mohammadi and many others.
Kermani and Faraji the head and deputy of Intelligence of this prison are present most of the time in the torture chambers of ward one. They join Hasan Akharian the addicted head of Gohardasht Prison and Mirzaee, Shirkhani, Mohammadi and Zainali all from RGC to torture the innocent prisoners.

Residents of Zaiton Township in Tehran gathered in Protest

Rsidents of Zaiton Township gathered in protest in front of Tehran’s Municipality and City Council while the temperature was 40 c, chanting ‘Allah O Akbar’, ‘If Iran doesn’t exist I don’t exist’, ‘good for nothing president resign, resign’ and ‘good for nothing mayor resign, resign’.
After half an hour Especial Guards Unit’s forces blocked their way to the buildings and in a counter act the protesters sat in the street causing a heavy traffic.
An old man chanting all the time addressed the forces and shouted: “who dare you say the names of the profit and Imams when you take our homes away from us by force?
The protesters then marched towards prosecutor’s office. The forces tried to stop them but in vein and the protesters continued their protest.

No news about the detainees of June 12 Uprising

After a few days from the arrest of the protesters on June 12 there is no news about so many of them yet. Regime is trying to file records against them.
Among these detainees is Ahmad Shahrezaee a student of Architect from Yazd University who was arrested by Bassijies around Tehran University and was transferred while savagely beaten to an unknown location.
Ahmad is a friend of Babak Saran. The interrogators have told Ahmad’s parents that if he complains about Babak he will be freed.
