He then put two choices in front of Rafsanjani and said: “it is one of these two for Mr. Hashemi he either does not act to his knowledge or the love for his son has overcome him”.
Pointing to Iran’s Uprising Mullah Taeb said: “we must admit that we had lack of intelligence in regard with the sedition. It is now clear for our security and intelligence system that this sedition intended to overthrow (the regime)”.
He also attacked Khomeini’s grandson and said: “Seyed Hasan (Hassan Khomeini) committed a crime against the Establishment that his grandfather had founded. Gohardasht Prisoners kept in conditions similar to Nazi death camps
Tehran- July 14, 2010
The sewage route in Hall 18, cellblock 6 has become clogged up from Saturday July 12, and the sewage water is running in the hallways of this hall. Close to 10 cm of sewage water is in the hallways. In the past few days, sewage water from halls 16 and 17 started flowing into hall 18. Days after this incident, the condition is so horrible that prisoners constantly protest but no action has been taken to solve the problem as yet.
Eight hundred prisoners are kept in this cellblock which is close to 3 times more than its normal capacity. The sewage water has even started seeping into the cells despite the obstacles placed in its path by prisoners. This issue seriously threatens the health of prisoners. The putrid stench and the high temperatures have made the already bad conditions in prison intolerable and have deprived prisoners from the little rest they had. In this time, prisoners have also been deprived of using the restrooms and showers.
They face dangers of being inflicted with illnesses as a result of the sewage water and the high concentration of prisoners in one area can lay the groundwork for a catastrophe.
The head of cellblock 6 is Shokri who has not been present in the cellblock for the last few days and is usually on leave doing his personal business. He is in the carpet business in addition to his prison occupation and is usually out selling carpets. Shokri played a direct part in the recent attack and torture of political prisoner and teacher Rasoul Badaqi.
The Praying Hall of this cellblock is also packed with prisoners who are forced to sleep on their sides next to each other on the ground. Currently 210 prisoners are detained in this hall. Lice and other skin diseases are prevalent. Because of the lack of space for each prisoner, they are forced to sleep in the hallways of cellblock 6. Close to 50 prisoners sleep in the hallways every night.
Prisoners are also denied of cooling facilities and cold clean water. They are forced to drink from the tap water in temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit).
Prisoners are denied minimum facilities and the sanitary conditions, food and medical treatment is horrid. The conditions in this prisoner are similar to conditions in Hitler’s death camps.

Hepatitis outbreak among female prisoners in Evin
Tehran- July 15, 2010
An outbreak of hepatitis in in Evin Prison’s female cellblock 1, the prevalence of rodents especially lice, and the lack of sanitary facilities and cooling appliances on one hand and the daily clashes of ordinary prisoners with political prisoners has made conditions even harder for political prisoners in this prison.
This cellblock is in a critical state but no measures are taken by the authorities to control this situation.
The prevalence of lice has led many women to shave off all their hair.
In addition to this, the lack of coolers and cold water in the high temperatures has aggravated conditions for these prisoners.

Ailing prisoner dies in Gohardasht Prison from lack of medical treatment
Tehran- July 15, 2010
A prisoner in the Rajayi Shahr (Gohardasht) Prison in Karaj who was suffering from aids died as a result of the lack of medical attention.
Daryoush Arjmand who had been kept in a solitary cell for 2 years died on June 20, 2010 in a solitary cell in cellblock 1 of Rajayi Shahr Prison after tolerating horrid physical conditions.
Arjmand never enjoyed medical attention and was only separated form other prisoners because he had aids.
Rajayi Shahr Prison in general and cellblock one in particular are in very poor condition on the grounds of sanitary facilities and medical attention for prisoners
According to reports, Daryoush Arjmand, has been kept in a solitary cell in cellblock 1 in Gohardasht Prison known as the 'Doghouse' for months.
Daryoush Arjmand, 40, who has been sentenced to 19 years of prison, has been kept in this cell for close to 25 months. He was taken to solitary for clashing with the prison deputy officer, Mansouri, who died a few months ago outside of prison over a financial issue, and is kept in medieval conditions in this cell.
He is deprived of a natural source of light and even a lamp to light his cell. He is forced to go to the bathroom and bathe in his cell even while his cell is very small and does not have a toilet or showering facilities. Mr. Arjmand also has many cuts and bruises on his body but is not taken to the infirmary for treatment and is not even given the necessary items to bandage his wounds. He is also deprived of proper clothing and his current clothes are ripped and worn out. The foul odor that comes from his cell bothers other prisoners detained in solitary cells in this block. He is also only given enough food to live on.
Mr. Arjmand has attempted suicide several times and in the last instance, was left in that state for a few hours before other prisoners protested which saved his life.
A political prisoner informed a prison inspector about the condition of this prisoner and asked him to go see this prisoner to witness his horrid and unimaginable condition for himself but the inspector argued that this prisoner had aids and was dangerous and did not visit his cell.

Borujerdi, a jailed dissident cleric, has been denied in person visits for four months. Because he has lost a great deal of his eyesight as a result of torture, he has also been banned from visits with his family from behind a glass partition.
A thirty minute a week in person visit for this political prisoner who has been jailed for four consecutive years without a leave from prison under various mental and physical torture is very essential but the Iranian regime denies even these minimum rights to its dissidents to abuse and harass them even more.
The authorities have not given any official explanation on why his visits have been halted.
According to credible reports from the Special Court for Clergy, after the widespread distribution of Mr. Borujerdi’s ‘resaleh’ (dissertation) in rejection of the ‘Velayat-e- Faqih’ (Islamic leadership system), his stances in condemnation of the crimes committed by regime officials and the disclosure of human rights violations in Iranian jails, his limitations have increased in prison.

‘I am sorry that I have to say that dear Aria was wrong in thinking that law, freedom, dignity and justice are more than just words in his dear country; He was wrong because of not knowing that this is Iran, a place where anything can happen and whoever has the power can do anything he wants!

News on Iran’s economy

The clerical regime incapable of providing the country with gasoline
Tehran, July 14, 2010
Country’s consumption of gasoline is 75 million liters per day. Rationing of gasoline decreased this consumption to 63 million liters per day but the clerical regime can provide the country with only 43 million liters per day and has to import 20 million liters of gasoline from abroad.
New US sanctions have made it difficult for regime to import gasoline. Any company that cells more than 200000 dollars of refined oil products to regime in a year or more than a million dollars gradually will be faced with US sanctions.
Accordingly companies such as Shell from France, Look Oil from Russia, B.B. from England, Ani from Italy and etc. have stopped export of oil products to Iran.
Regime has claimed that it intends to construct 13 more refineries to confront the sanctions but this would cost 42 billion dollars.
Aliraza Zaighami the deputy of Oil Minister said that only 8 billion dollars have been dedicated to the case.
There is no future for these refineries because no company is willing to invest in Iran at the wake of sanctions.

Inflamed wrath and good for nothing tricks
Tehran, July 14, 2010
While bazaars’ strikes have increased regime’s fear, Khamenei is using a good for nothing trick to keep safe from the inflamed wrath of Bazaar.
Regime has used this trick of ‘it’s a holiday’ before under different excuses such as contamination of weather or the trip of foreign guests to Iran.
This trick has been ridiculed by people. Even the members of regime’s bands have protested to the act of announcing holidays for covering up Bazaar’s strike. One of them called it ‘the newest trick’ another one disclosed this act of Khamenei in Majlis.
Sites affiliated with Larijani; Parliament News and News Online demanded the true reason for holidays in 19 provinces.

The daily then started threatening and wrote: “Iran possesses many factors through which it can turn US position in the region to a deplorable situation. The analysts in west have pointed to some of these factors such as the very effective reaction of Hezbollah, Iran’s power in security balance of Iraq and Afghanistan against US and usage of mines and missiles to control Hormoz Strait”.
In its article ‘Expenses of Iran’s sanction for Obama’ Jomhori state-run daily wrote: “in continuation to its anti-Iranian policies Barak Obama, US president signed the bill of US unilateral sanctions against Iran preventing oil-products imports for Iran and imposing banking limitations on the country. Signing these sanctions Obama claimed: ‘with these sanctions we aimed at the heart of Iran’s government for providing the cost of its nuclear programs’. The path the ‘change-seeking’ Obama has stepped in is no difference from the ‘warmongering’ policies of Bush”.
In its political note, Kayhan Daily, Khamenei’s organ while expressing its concern wrote: “the truth is that resolution 1929 aims at very broader pressures on the Islamic Republic; both sanctions imposed by the west meaning Europe and US and the sanctions that is imposed by UN as the result of the pressure US and her allies impose on UN”.

Regime’s problems in selling oil
Tehran, July 13, 2010
Though the clerical regime is offering its oil cheaper to the buyers it is still facing problems for selling it.
China, India and Japan have drastically reduced the amount of oil they buy from Iran and are trying to find substitutes for Iran’s oil.
In addition to that due to recent sanctions by Security Council and unilateral sanctions of US and Europe many insurance and transportation companies are not willing to work with regime for transport of its oil throughout the world.
Most of oil sellers prefer to deliver oil at the place of its production to the buyers so that they won’t need to pay transfer cost but the clerical regime is not enjoying this privilege due to sanctions.
The cost of this transportation has lowered the price that an oil buyer pays in comparison with global oil prices. Depending on the destination of the oil regime might have to give a discount of three to seven dollars (per barrel).
During last month regime had kept 15 huge oil-carriers at ports of Iran and United Arab Emirates as its oil storage. During last two weeks it had deployed 6 of them containing 2 million barrels of oil towards Europe to hand them over to the buyers.

Problem increases in regime’s cruising lines
Tehran, July 13, 2010
Article No.15 of resolution 1929 permits inspection of regime’s ships in free seas. According to this resolution different countries can inspect suspicious ships belonging to clerical regime in free seas. Article 18 also asks the member countries to deprive suspicious ships of receiving services.
In addition article 20 of this resolution asks the member countries of UN to report suspicious activities of regime’s cruise lines to the Committee for Supervision of Security Council.
Cruise lines are vital for regime because Iran has seas at its north and south. A great volume of regime’s trade is done via these two seas. Arya Cruising Company which was called Islamic Republic Cruising Company after 1979 anti-monarchy resolution is amongst the largest 20 companies of its kind.
The capacity of this company is transport of 5.5 million tons of goods. It has 161 ships 95 of which can cross ocean.
In addition to that regime has 12 other Cruising Companies in Iran and four more abroad and the number of the related offices reaches 180 throughout the world.
To counter act this part of sanctions the clerical regime has tried registering some of the ships in foreign countries and small Islands to use their flags. It has changed the names of the ships and companies. Many of these measures have been disclosed.
The clerical regime has threatened that if its ships are inspected it will behave the same but the observers say that IRGC’s naval force has no power to act against US’s fifth fleet and her allies.

Tehran, July 13, 2010

Unemployment, high price of goods, poverty and problems derived from economic recession cannot be denied...”

8-In person visits are banned and prisoners are not taken to hospitals outside the prison when they are in deed of it. Ali Moezi, Khaled Hardani and Mansour Osanloo are subjects of such treatment.
9-Each prisoner can go to prisons treatment room only once every 45 days and if some one is in need in addition to that the head of the room will tell him ‘go and die one less the better’.
10-The medicine given are not affective, the excuse; lack of budget. Despite the fact, families of the prisoners are not permitted to bring medication for the prisoners.

Especial report on ‘Stoning to Death’ in Iran

‘Stoning to death’ the most cruel death penalty in Iran

Introduction:
The following report shows that unfortunately in 21 century the most cruel death penalty still exist in our country Iran.
For most of Europeans and Americans it is unbelievable but unfortunately under the rule of anti-human mullahs ‘stoning to death’ still exists.
During the last ten years at least 12 women and several men have been executed in this manner.
By the report of human rights organizations about 50 other are in death row awaiting their death by stoning to death.
Pressure of public opinion saved Ashtiani this week from being killed in such a cruel manner. But would this rescue the others who are being stoned to death non-publicly or those who will be killed in such a way in the future by this anti-human regime?
The following especial report tells about the issue of ‘stoning to death’ and how innocent people are condemned to it without having any lawyer or passing any judicial process.
We have provided this report so that we can enlighten the world and get its help to put more international pressure on the regime so that we might be able to rescue a nation from under the rule of the mullahs.
These mullahs are ready to commit any brutal crime and suppression to be able to stay in power even one more day!

The Report:
3 men and 11 women await stoning in Iran
Since stoning is very inappropriate, is incompatible with the culture of the Iranian people and global and Iranian public opinion seriously oppose it, the judiciary is very confidential on this matter and stonings are carried out in cemeteries or desolate locations in secret. Sometimes the body of the stoned person is not returned to his/her family. The word ‘stoning’ is even banned in Iranian media.
The government’s solution for stoning in Iran is to carry it out in secret and quietly. The new orders are that if we face pressure from public opinion for stoning, hang them instead!...
There are fears that those who are sentenced to stoning will either be hastily stoned in secret or will be hanged due to the current international pressure so the cases can be closed and the fuss would die down. Because until the time that a person sentenced to stoning is alive and in prison, there will be rigorous widespread efforts for saving that person. Therefore there are fears that the Islamic Republic would eliminate all those sentenced to stoning by either stoning or hanging to close their cases and show that it is independent and does not care about the west’s reaction…

A complete list those who are currently in prison on charges of adultery – which means people who have had a sexual relationship with someone other than their spouse - is as follows:

Tabriz
- Kobra Babayi – mother of a 13 year old daughter. Lawyer: Mohammad Mostafayi
Her husband, Rahim Mohammadi, was executed on charges of adultery in 2009
- Sakineh Mohammad Ashtiani – 43, mother of 19 year old Farideh and 22 year old Sajad. Lawyer: Mohammad Mostafayi
She was sentenced to 99 lashes which was carried out. She was once again sentenced for the same crime to death by stoning. Her children wrote a letter addressing the people of the world and asked for help in saving their mother.
- Azar Baqeri – 19 years old. Has a lawyer
She was jailed when she was 15 because her husband filed a complaint against her and has been sentenced to stoning.
- Maryam Qorbanzadeh – 25 years old – has a lawyer

Orumieh
- Sarimeh  Ebadi (or Sarimeh Sajadi) – 31 years old, mother of two children. Lawyer: unknown
- Bu-Ali Janfeshani – 33 years old. Has one child. Lawyer: unknown
This man and woman (Ebadi and Janfeshani) have been sentenced to stoning by the Orumieh Public Court in a mutual case. Their stoning sentence was upheld by the 12th branch of the Western Azarbaijan Court of Review on January 6, 2010 and they are currently in the Central Orumieh Prison.

Ahwaz
- Iran Eskandari – 31 years old. Has a 13 year old son. Lawyer: Unknown
Iran is from the Bakhtiari Tribe who was forcefully married to her cousin. Her husband only came home about once a month. She became friends with her next door neighbor’s son and wrote letters and talked on the phone with him. One day while they were talking, her husband came in the backyard from the wall of the yard and attacked her, severely beating her. The neighbor’s son came to her aid and killed her husband with a knife. She was sentenced to five years of prison on April 7, 2005 in a court of first instance in Khuzestan for complicity to murder and to stoning for adultery. Her sentence was upheld by the Supreme Court on April 8, 2006. In light of the culture in the region, if Iran is released from prison, there is a high chance that she would be murdered by the men in her family.
- Kheirieh Valania, 42 years old. Has several children. Lawyer: unknown
She was sentenced because she confessed to adultery four times. She says that she is the victim of domestic violence and had a relationship with a man who murdered her husband but was not involved in his murder. She was charged with complicity to murder. The third branch of the Behbahan Public Court sentenced Kheirieh to stoning on charges of adultery on May 9, 2002. “I am willing to be hanged but not stoned. They suffocate you and then you die. But it is very hard to be constantly hit on the head with stones”, she says. She is sure that if she is released, she would have no place to go and her brothers would kill her.

Tehran
- Ashraf Kalhori- 41 years old. Lawyer: unknown
Her stoning sentence was halted on orders of Shahroudi, the previous head of the Judiciary and she is still in Evin Prison. Her lawyer used to be Shadi Sadr who is currently not in Iran.
- Fatemeh, age: unknown. Lawyer: unknown
Fatemeh was tried in the 71st branch of the Tehran Penal Court and was sentenced to retribution (execution) and stoning for complicity in murder and an illicit relationship. Her husband Fatemeh had a fight with Mahmoud, a man who was after Fatemeh and had entered their home, and killed him with his wife’s help.
Asghar, her husband was sentenced to 16 years of prison on charges of assisting in intentional murder.

Mashhad
- A woman identified as M.Kh. age: unknown. Lawyer: unknown
- A woman whose last name is Hashemi Nasab. Age: unknown. Lawyer: unknown
These two women are in the Vakil Abad Prison in Mashhad

Rasht
- Mohammad Ali Navid Khamami – Father’s name: Safar. Lawyer: unknown
He was sentenced to stoning on June 2008.

Sari
- Seyed Naqi Ahmadi. Age: unknown. Lawyer: Ibrahim Mohammadzadeh
On June 10, 2008, three of the five judges in the second branch of the Mazandaran Penal Court sentenced Seyed Naqi Ahmadi to stoning. Ahmadi was charged with adultery with Pouran Q. It has been stated in court that Ahmadi who lived next to Pouran entered her home at night while her husband was away on business in Semnan and had a sexual relationship with her. Some of the reasons that they were charged was: 1. A report from the ‘Prohibiting Vice and Promoting Virtue Departmnet’ 2. Pouran’s confession 3. Seyed Naqi Ahmadi’s confession.
In other words, the only proof of the adultery charge was their confession and in the end, the court sentenced Seyed Naqi Ahmadi to stoning in light of the ‘knowledge of the judge’ and Pouran was cleared of this charge because her husband was not home and she did not have access to him. Two of the judges in this branch believed that both suspects should be acquitted. This sentence was upheld by the 33rd branch of the Supreme Court.

Reason behind Convictions: Knowledge of the Judge
It is worth mentioning that in the case of all these people, there is no evidence to prove the so-called ‘adultery’ charge and the reason most of them were convicted was because of the ‘knowledge of the judge’. This means that despite the fact that there is no evidence or witness to prove the crime (there has to be at least four witnesses to prove adultery) the judge decides based on his ‘knowledge’ that the person has committed adultery. The interesting point is that in Iranian courts, a judge cannot decide based on his knowledge if someone has overdrawn from his bank account and jail him/her but can decide that he/she has committed adultery and sentence him/her to stoning.
In some cases, the person has been forced to confess under duress and has only to confess four times to adultery instead of four witnesses and say that he/she has committed adultery to be sentenced to stoning. This means that security forces and judicial authorities force the person to confess to adultery using various methods.

Lawyer?
In light of the fact that mostly all of those sentenced to stoning are from deprived social classes, most of them have been deprived of lawyers in the initial stages of their case and therefore accept the charge of adultery without knowledge of the consequences of their confession to be relieved of the pressure on them by authorities without knowing that the final consequence is stoning. Since, according to Iranian law, people who are sentenced to death or stoning have to have lawyers, those who are sentenced to stoning are given appointed lawyers and unfortunately most of them are not able to suitably defend their clients because of their inexperience or because the case is not important for them.

List of people who have been stoned in the past years
The judicial system of the Islamic Republic does not recognize monitoring rights on its actions by its citizens. Therefore, the number and names of those who were sentenced to stoning after their sentences were upheld by the Supreme is unknown.
But the names of those who we are aware were stoned from 2006 up to now is as follows:

Mashhad
- Mahboubeh Mohammadi. According to reports she had confessed to adultery after threats and torture and was stoned to death along with Abbas Haji Zadeh on May 2006.
- Abbas Haji Zadeh was stoned to death on May 2006 in Mashhad.
- Three men were stoned to death in December 21, 2008 in the Behesht Reza Cemetery in Mashhad. One of them, identified as Mahmoud who was an Afghan national, was able to escape from the ditch he was buried in while severely wounded. Houshang Khadadeh and another unknown person were stoned.

Qazvin
- Jafar Kiani whose stoning was halted by the head of the judiciary because of a campaign against stoning was stoned in the Akhcheh Village near Takestan in Qazvin on June 2007 on orders of a local judge.

Rasht
- Vali Azad, from Pars Abad in Maghan was stoned in secret in Rasht on March 5, 2009 on charges of adultery. His body was not handed over to his family. His stoning sentence was issued and carried out by Judge Hojatelislam Kashani in the 11th branch of the Penal Court and Judge Javid Nia, the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor. But the woman who was also charged with him was granted amnesty. The stoning of Vali Azad was officially confirmed by the former spokesman of the Judiciary, Alireza Jamshidi.

List of those who were hanged instead of being stoned
It has to be reminded that the names and numbers of those who were hanged in the place of being stoned to death are not known and the following list shows that our knowledge is only limited to the below mentioned names:

Sari
- Abdollah Farivar, 53 years old. This music teacher was executed on February 19, 2008

Shiraz
- Afsaneh Rahmani- Adel Abad Prison in Shiraz. Was hanged in 2009

Tabriz

The Downfall

Regime’s defeat in the suppressive plan of ‘veil and chastity’
Tehran, July 12, 2010
Mullah Haeri Shirazi a member of regime’s Assembly of Experts admitted to the increasing resistance of people against suppression of women and regime’s policy of suppression and warned that SSF should not encounter women in the streets because then the whole street stands up against them and boos them.
About Ahmadinejah’s concern in that regard Haeri whom Ahmadinejad calls as ‘the teacher of morale’ of his government said: “Mr. Ahmadinejad is not against punishment. He is against wrong encounters meaning that SSF arrests a woman in the street (for her veil) and then the whole street supports the woman. That is wrong. Mr. Ahmadinejad wants SSF not to make the one with improper veil to look innocent so that she would win”.
In reaction to those members of Khamenei’s band who had criticized the imposturous claim of Ahmadinejad about women’s suppression he reminded: “of course the president is not against military confrontation with those who violate the issue of veil, are looking for cultural downfall and receive money for it”.

Regime’s element ousted from a ceremony in Lebanon
Tehran, July 12, 2010
A state-run site revealed that mullah Janati (the head of regime’s Council of Guidance) who had gone to Lebanon to participate in the funeral of Sheikh Fazlollah was boycotted by Sheikh’s followers. When at the funeral regime’s board put step forward so that Janati would pray for the deceased, Sheikh’s follower transferred the body to some place else to prevent that and cried: “leave him at rest,... you had oppressed him leave him at rest”.

Naghdi babbles
Tehran, July 12, 2010
In order to increase the morale of his forces Naghdi, the head of Bassij claimed: “if Americans want to attack they must take their warships seven to eight Km. further because undoubtedly none of them will leave Persian Gulf. When we talk about withstanding the enemy mostly we think of its military aspects which are of course essential in their places but today we are encountering with another aspect of war...” Then he points to the internet and its usage in the Uprising of people of Iran.

Demand for spread in ‘mullahs’ network’ at the university
Tehran, July 12, 2010
Emphasizing that universities are sensitive places and have protesting potentials against the clerical dictatorship, in a meeting with his representatives at the universities Khamenei demanded spread of mullahs’ network at the universities for controlling them.
He warned about the awareness and protesting potential of the universities and added: “we can see the importance of this issue by the fact that many of our dissidents are pointing at the universities and are propagating in them...”
Khamenei said in imposturous words: “we must treat the youths softly so we can attract them and make them to obey” and then demanded for religious classes at the university to control the minds of students by it.

Mullah Taskhiri was ousted
Tehran, July 11, 2010
Mullah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri who is a former member of regime Assembly of experts was ousted from his position of secretary general of ‘Assembly for Bringing Religions Close Together’ which is headed by Sheikh Yousef Gharzawi.
He claimed that he had resigned but he was actually ousted because of her negative role amongst the Islamic countries.
Mullah Taskhiri is one of the main elements of export of terrorism of the regime.
The clerical regime also wanted to sign a common statement with Mr. Gharzawi but because of regime’s quest for provoking disputes amongst Shiites and Sunnis the Sheikh didn’t comply with the act.

People are drowning in poverty but what is important is security!
Tehran, July 12, 2010
Mullah Vahid Khorasani conceded that girls and boys of Iran are getting corrupted because of the poverty covering the whole country but he showed how much mullahs are more worried about regime’s security from fear of downfall and said: “...what is most important is the security... this means security is a priority in comparison with people’s poverty”.

Resistance

7th anniversary of Zahra Kazemi’s murder
Tehran, July 12, 2010

Chain holidays for minimizing Bazaar’s strike
Tehran, July 11, 2010

The source continues: “though the weather is hot in Tehran and some other cities of the country... but it is not unusual and unprecedented and it has never been a holiday because of that in Tehran. Tehran’s weather is lower in temperature from many southern cities of the country and people go at work in those cities... This temperature will continue for some days so will the holidays continue? If not what would be the meaning of this two-day holiday”?
In another event Zolfaghar Shariat responsible for Cultural Unit of Laborers House in Bandar Imam and Mahshar in Khozestan Province said: “in Khozestan the temperature of above 50 C didn’t make the authorities to think of announcing a holiday but two third of this heat in Tehran made them to announce a public holiday. It is for years that unbearable heat and dust is bothering the residents of Khozestan but even once the authorities didn’t close the bureaus in this province...So we can conclude that if Ahwaz was the capital it would have been in holidays 5 months a year for the heat and 7 other months for dust and floods”.

The most current report from Central Bank says that debts of Ahmadinejad’s government in last February were more than 54 billion dollars which has increased 21% in comparison with its previous year. ‘Banks have not been able to receive 40 billion dollars of what the government owed them”.
According to bank regulations if a bank is not able to receive more than 20% of what it has lent, the bank will be announced as bankrupted. According to this law most of the regime’s banks are bankrupted.
As the result banks cannot lend money to factories and thus the factories are closed, workers are jobless and the recession has spread.
Ahmadinejad’s government also has a 60000 billion rials budget deficit and this increases the economy crisis. This deficit means borrowing more money from banks which will increase the amount of cash and will cause more inflation.
Ahmadinejad’s government did have 400 billion dollars of oil income since he came to office but the money is spent on suppression, export of terrorism and regime’s nuclear project.
