Group 15 gathering in Tehran is broke mullahs admit
Tehran, May 11, 2010

Regime’s Foreign Ministry’s spokesman, Mehmanparast trying to have the upper hand in regard with regime’s defeat in the coming session of Group 15 conceded that if only five to six presidents show up on the session it would be very good.
In his press conference on Tuesday May 11 he tried to cover the negative answer received from the heads of states for their participation in the session and said: “this is a rule that if 5 to 6 heads of state show up in these kind of sessions the session will be evaluated as very good but in Tehran’s session it is known for sure that with especial guests that we have at least 8 heads of state will be present”.
It is to be mentioned that in regard with the absurd former gathering of nuclear disarmament in Tehran Mehmanparast had claimed that at least14 foreign ministers will be present but only 7 showed up and those too were from countries that weren’t effective in world’s balance. Even one representative from western countries didn’t take the gathering serious to show up.

Spies! What Spies?
Tehran, May 11, 2010

In regard with the arrest of a number of regime’s spies in Kuwait, Mehmanparast said in his interview: on May 11: “Kuwaiti officials never confirmed that Iranian spies have been arrested in their land. Some other Kuwaiti had said some words and some Kuwaiti MPs have confirmed that without thinking”.

The clerical regime closes all schools and universities
Tehran, May 11, 2010

In fear of the protest and uprising of people simultaneous with Group 15 gathering in Tehran schools and universities will be close in Tehran on next Saturday and Sunday. (In Iran Friday is the weekend holiday)
Mohammadzadeh the head of office of Ahmadinejad’s first deputy said absurdly on May 20 that the reason of this unprecedented event is “for Tehran’s residents to enjoy themselves”!
He added: “as the session for foreign ministers of G-15 will be held on next Saturday and Sunday in Tehran and the session for the heads of states of G-15 will be held on Monday the headquarter responsible for these gatherings is talking with Ministry of Education to close all schools in Tehran for the residents to enjoy themselves on those days.
If this is accepted by the ministry it will be announced officially”.
He claimed: “the only reason that we close the schools and universities is to prevent any problem for Tehran’s residents having in mind that a very high level international gathering will be held in Tehran. Other rumors are complete lies”!
Having in mind that Monday is a an official holiday in the coming week by announcing Saturday and Sunday as holidays too regime wants to lay the ground for people to go on vacation in these four days (Friday is holiday too) so that there would be the least possibility for any unrest on the days of G-15 gatherings.

The reactionary Supreme Leader calls on ‘Cultural Jihad’
Tehran, May 11, 2010

While censorship and suppression under the rule of the mullahs has covered Iran’s cultural field in a meeting with a group of his mercenaries for exporting of fundamentalism in ‘Islamic Propagation Organization’, Mullah Khamenei called on them to start a ‘cultural Jiahd’.
Fars news agency affiliated with RGC quoted Khamenei as: “those present in the field of ‘Cultural Jihad’ must fight for it to the end. They must propagate for religious values and the reality of Islamic Republic and the ‘Sacret Defense’ (Iran- Iraq war)”.
Emphasizing that his rule needs propagation for starting wars and it needs the reactionary slogan of “war, war till sedition is done with in the world” as “one of the premier issues in the field of culture which has no substitute” Khamenie added: “the ‘Sacred defense’ is a valuable capacity for believing in the countries literature and transferring the pure knowledge of religion and Islamic Republic to the society”.
Then he said that thousands of books must be published about the ‘heritage of 8 years of Sacred Defense’.
In this meeting Khamenei described cultural activities and writing books in his suppressive apparatus of Supreme Leadership as ‘war’ and ‘Jihad’.

News of Iran’s Economy

100% inflation in bread’s price
Tehran, May 10, 2010

Since the second half of year 1388 (2009-2010), the government has issued permission for new bakeries without dedicating ration of flour for them.
Thus these units were forced to buy nongovernmental (free) flour and accordingly the bread that they baked was more expensive.
Since April 4 the government stopped providing flour for other bakeries too and until today almost 90% of Tehran’s bakeries have to buy free flour.
In addition to that the government has ordered the bakeries to post the new higher price of bread in their shops which is exactly doubled in most of the regions of the city.
Having in mind that due to anti labor policies of the clerical regime many of workers of our country had not received their wages for months or have been ousted from their jobs; they could hardly feed their family with only bread in so many cases. By doubling the price of bread they will not be able to provide their families with even lone bread.
