According to the Fars News Agency on September 13, Soltanieh denied the documents of the IAEA and Amano’s report which was based on a report by inspectors and wrote: “It seems that this report has used its odd wording under foreign pressure”.
“This claim that Iran has not had the necessary cooperation is incorrect and misleading”, he wrote.
“This report has been copied off from sections of Security Council Resolution 1929 in an unprecedented manner”.
Iran’s representative in the agency also asked the agency to balance its report just as the former head of this agency had done in the interests of the Iranian dictators.

But it is obvious from now that the report is negative and it will state that the international community is disappointed of Iran’s attitude to stop nuclear activities.

Top cleric, Rafsanjani: We have never been sanctioned to this extent; officials should take sanctions very seriously
Sept. 14, 2010
A top Iranian cleric and head of the Assembly of Experts, Rafsanjani said, “In the course of the Revolution we have never had sanctions to this extent and my request is that all officials take these sanctions seriously and do not take them as a joke”.
The head of the Expediency Council cited the international isolation of the regime and the abhorrence of the Iranian people of the regime and said, ‘We all know the current conditions. Today there is an unsuitable condition in the world and around us and especially in Iran and we have a great duty”.
“In the past 30 years despite putting behind a war which was forced on us, we had never seen (the west) plan and carry out so many evil plans against the Islamic Revolution and this in itself is brutal”.
“We have never had so many resolutions against us. The sanctions are from the Security Council and the IAEA and governments have also stepped in the field and are carrying out measures which increase the effects of their conspiracies against the revolution”.
He cited the IAEA report and said, “In this report, the head of the IAEA has claimed that the Iran does not let in Agency inspectors to its nuclear facilities and has increased its tone in saying that our nuclear activities are for military purposes”.
He told members of the Expediency Council that ‘the enemies do what they do, but I want you and those who listen to you to take heed of these issues”.
“I am a cleric who has 50 to 60 years of experience in this field and I have a duty to tell you this”, he added.

Why does Iran not publish news on diplomat’s asylum?
Sept. 14, 2010
Tabnak, A website run by former RGC head Rezayi refuted claims by the Foreign Ministry spokesman on the resignation of Iran’s charge d'affaires in Finland and wrote: “If Alizadeh has taken refugee in that country, why do we refuse to announce it?”
This website wrote: “Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast, denied that the charge d'affaires of Finland had taken asylum and said, “Alizadeh had problems with his child or children’s education and asked for a delay in coming back to the country”.
Mehmanparast had said similar things about another former diplomat, Heidari, who took refuge in Norway and finally after Heidari gave interviews to the media it became evident that he had become a refugee in Norway. It seems that the same thing is happening in the case of Alizadeh and the Foreign Ministry has adopted the same tone in denying this issue. Despite the fact that only foreign media have confirmed this issue, there are concerns that this issue would repeat itself and public opinion would lose its trust in the Foreign Ministry”.
“Today with the spread of the media and communications in the world and also the internet, publishing news is not limited to what it used to be and the minute something happens, everyone becomes informed in a matter of seconds so what would be better than for the organization that the news belongs to publish and analyze the news itself before anyone else so that it could always be one step ahead of other media?”.
This website also recommended to the foreign ministry that it should be careful in choosing people who go on missions abroad.

“The president is actually disregarding Majlis’s notice with this measure and it will surely have a negative effect on the government and Majlis”, he added.

This website wrote: “The perverse faction of the followers of the principles has put creating rifts in (pro-regime) organizations in its priorities. The same faction that has created rifts in some Islamic societies, the same faction that is looking to create discrepancies among the three forces, the same faction that deviates (pro-regime) gatherings, has currently targeted (pro-regime) organizations to create rifts in these originations and try to attract members.
