Ahmadinejad stresses on continuing harsh policies

Ahmadinejad once again stressed on continuing his harsh policies and announced in a speech that ‘there is no reason for us to back down in the face of civilizations who murder human beings”.
“If we back down, they will be emboldened”, he added.

Religious official: Assembly of Experts has lost all credibility

Ali-Mohammad Dastgheib, a member of the Assembly of Experts who is also a religious leader cited the lack of credibility of this body, the dissatisfaction of the Iranian people and the atmosphere of fear which the society has been subjected to in an open letter to other members of this assembly.
He wrote: “More than a year after the events of June 12, 2009 the demands of many people have still not been met. Have we in the Experts Assembly acted according to our religious, legal and conventional duties which are to carry out the constitution”?
He also referred to the fact that the Assembly of Experts has lost its credibility and wrote: ‘Have we been able to create relative peace without terror and fear in the government after a year? Have you ever thought of why we have not been able to get the satisfaction of the people in the current situation and most importantly have we grasped this meaning of why religious leaders and clerics are not satisfied with the status quo? Do you know that the dissatisfaction of the religious leaders means that the Assembly of Experts has become weak and has lost all credibility?”
In another part of his letter to Assembly of Experts members he wrote: “Let us carry out our main duty in this session which is to request the precise implementation of the constitution”.

Sarah Shroud’s case and deep rifts among Iranian officials

The inconsistency of regime officials’ announcements regarding the release of one of the jailed US citizens is still ongoing.
The Mehr state-run News Agency quoted Ramin Mehmanparast on September 10 as saying that ‘in light of the fact that the president has personally looked into this issue and in light of Islamic clemency and the special way that the Islamic Republic looks at the dignity of women and on the verge of the Eid Fetr, it has been decided that she will be released’.
But the Iran’s top judicial official quickly came to the scene and told the president not to interfere in judicial affairs.
Deep rifts in the Iranian regime can be clearly seen in Sarah Shroud’s case and the discord among the Majlis, Ahmadinejad and also the judiciary is increasing by the day.
On Sunday, Tehran Prosecutor Dolat Abadi directly criticized the government saying that government officials should not announce the content of judicial cases and that judicial source have to see to these cases.

Fight between Mullahs dictatorship gangs on freeing the American citizen

Jafari Dolatabadi, Tehran’s prosecutor, accused Ahmadi nejad’s opposition gang and said: executive authorities have no right to speak about juridical files.
Jafari Dolatabadi said that Sara Shord because of infection of cholera with premium payment of 500000 $ will be freed.
He added about two American citizens: according to court’s vote, because their espying was proved, their captivity will be extended.
According to reports, Tehran’s prosecutor revealed about the fight between Ahmadinejad and judicature and said: according to news I found out that some of the authorities have put pressure on Medias in order to stop publishing the news of judiciary, but this act is crime.

Visit with families of executed in Kurdistan in Fetr day

Number of Kurdish people last Friday, at the same time with Fetr day, visited the families of 4 political Kurd activists who were executed last May.
According to Herana report, in this occasion which was held in houses of Farzad Kamangar, Farhad Vakili and Ali Heydarian, number of Kurdish political and social activists and the families of political prisoners and Kurdish martyrs were present.
Mrs. Satltanat Rezaii, Farzad’s mother, after a visit with social and political activists in her house in Kamyaran, together with them went to Sanandaj to visit the families of Ali Heydarian and Farhad Vakili. Mothers of these three political prisoners said that they are all parts of one family, and they expressed their gratitude from every one who did not left them alone.
There were reports from Mako that there was same ceremony with famiy of Shirin Alamol Holi, one of those executed in May 2010. These four were executed on 9th of May together with Mehdi Eslamian from Shiraz who was executed in Evin prison in Tehran.

These five who were sentenced for crime of fight against god, were hanged with out their families being notified. Farzad Kamangar, Farhad Vakili, Ali Heydarian in 2006 and 2007 were arrested because they were suspected of being members of PKK and after the trial they were sentenced for execution. Shirin Alamol holi in 2009 because of illegal departure from the border was sentenced to two years imprisonment and was accused of being in contact with Pejak so she was sentenced to death. Regime’s officials refused of giving the bodies or showing where they have been buried to their families. After the execution of these 4 activists, people of Kurdish cities held a public protest against the executions.

Yazd governor emphasized on the importance of implementing veil plan in society and said: this program should be done in Province offices and women employers should be separated from men and this plan has been started already.
Two months time has been given to bureaus to start separating men and women employers.

Building a wall between girls and boys in economic science university

By approaching to the starting time of universities, authorities of economic science department in cooperation with intelligence office of university have built a wall in the university to separate the men and women.
This act is being done at the same time last year which they hanged a curtain in middle of the university, that caused so much anger and protest among the students, and they were forced to take it.
Students of this university also reported that at the same time, the intelligence office have employed a few women guards which their duty is to give notifications to girl students in order to obey so called Islamic rules and wearing proper veil.
