At 10 am after the news of execution of Mohammad Ali Haj Aghaee and Jafar Kazemi was spread eyewitnesses reported that Tehran residents reacted to the executions and expressed their protest in different manners and the regime went on state of alert.
- At Imam Hossein metro from each 50 people 8 or 9 wore black.
- At the alley leading to Evin Prison Intelligence agents were taping people.
- In front of Tehran University’s entrance 3 black vehicles with 12 armed intelligence agents ( carrying small machineguns) were stationed.
-At three sides of Enghelab Square Intelligence agents were patrolling on foot, their cars being at hand.
- At Vanak Square 4 black vans were stationed around the square and were taping the pedestrians.
Condemnation of execution of political prisoners, supporters of PMOI, nationwide

A group of retired army personnel, a group of Tehran residents of region 16, a group of shopkeepers in Karaj and Chaloos and a group of Tehran’s Bazaaries condemned the execution of Mohammad Ali Haj Aghaee and Jafar Kazemi saying that these executions will not result at silencing the people but it will turn to a volcano that will uproot the mullahs ruling Iran.
Preventing the families from holding any commemoration ceremony

The Judiciary Police of the residential area of these two political prisoners has summoned the families and then ordered them not to hold any commemoration ceremony for their beloveds.
The suppressive forces also have told them that only the family members are allowed to gather there. There should be no statement or photo in that regard posted on the doors or the walls. They had even told them they should have not worn black or install black flag over their houses.
The families are told to go to regime’s Prosecutor Office and see Jafari Doolatabadi (regime’s general prosecutor) and receive a letter from him allowing them to get the body of the deceased form Kahrizak’s coroner.
The families have been told that they may not be able to get the bodies and the regime might burry them itself but any way they should keep silence.
Khamenei’s band steps up attacks on Rafsanjani

As schism and crisis deepens at the top of the regime, attacks against Rafsanjani increases.
Alamalhoda Khamenei’s Friday Prayer Imam in Mashad and a member of regime’s Assembly of Experts spoke of ousting Rafsanjani and appointing Mahdavi Kani instead for the position of the head of this assembly.
On the other hand by Mottaki being ousted from Foreign Ministry, regime’s MPs belonging to the dominant fraction are besieged against Ahmadinejad.
Mohebinia one of these MPs said that on next Tuesday Ahmadinejad’s Minister of Road & Transportation will be questioned at the parliament and if Ahmadinejad wants to he can participate in the hearing.
Formation of a security ward at Rajaee Shahr Prison (Gohardasht Prison)

By the order of Intelligence Ministry, officials of Gohardasht Prison formed a new ward similar to Evin’s 350 security ward for political prisoners.
All political prisoners of this prison are gathered in saloon 12 of ward four. They calls are cut.
This saloon does not have proper toilets and the electricity is cut in most of its rooms. Many of the windows lack any glass and there is no warm water. The prisoners spend the nights in cold.
Names of some of the transferred prisoners by the report of ISC are Majid Tavakoli, Behrooz Javid Tehrani, Sahel Kohandel, Saeed Masouri, Hood Yazarlou, Misagh Yazdannejad, Afshin Baimani, Mashallah Haeri, Farzad Madadzadeh, Reza Sharifi Bookani, Mansour Osanlou, Arjang davoodi, Khalid Hardani, Mohammad Ali Mansouri, Zaniar Moradi, Loghman Moradi and Jafar Aghdami.
Mohammad Ali Haj Aghee’s cellmates sang ‘the dawn bird’ in his memory

On the night after execution of political prisoner 62 years old Aghaee, supporter of PMOI his cellmates at ward 350 of Evin Prison gathered and sang the song of ‘the dawn bird’ commemorating him.
The night before the execution by eyewitnesses’ report Aghaee was called, on the excuse that he is going to be taken to prison’s infirmary but he new that he was taken to be hanged. The henchmen had told Jafar Kazemi when they called him too that he has a private complainer and he has to go and sign a paper.
When they wanted to take away Aghaee, he climed the stairs of the ward and talked to his friends. While smiling he told them: “I am very happy to go. It is as if I’m being born again. I tell you don’t cry for me, don’t miss me. Whenever you feel missing me sing ‘the dawn bird’ for me”.
So his cellmates gathered on the night of the execution and sang the song for him.
