The head of the Tennis Federation, Majid Shayesteh, announced that from now on, male (tennis) instructors have no right to teach women under any circumstances.
The federation’s inspectors will make surprise visits to various provinces to monitor and examine (this issue) and wrongdoers will receive the maximum punishment. (ISNA state-run News Agency)

State-run media, Khabar on Line said on Jan.20 that women are banned from entering the cinemas that show the soccer match of Asian Nations’ Cup 2010.
Women are banned from entering the stadiums to watch soccer match and they are banned from entering cinemas showing soccer matches to comply with this oppressive law.
Hanging in Broojerd

ISNA state-run news agency announced on Friday, Jan. 21 that at dawn of Thursday Jan. 20 a man called M.Gh has been hanged.
The news agency reported that this inmate was dealing opium while he was spending his life imprisonment.
It is to be mentioned that the main deals of narcotics at prisons is conducted by the prison’s officials, other than that with such high control over them there is no possibility for any narcotic to get in especially in large amount.

Reports obtained by ISC say that a great number of contract workers at Tehran’s refinery gathered in protest in front of the entrance of the refinery for not receiving their wages.
In this protest gathering held on Jan.17 the protesters chanted ‘Allah O Akbar’ and ‘the victory is Gods and the victory is close’ and demanded their unpaid wages.
