The Downfall

Heavy disputes between Ahmadinejad’s cabinet and Regime’s parliament
Tehran, April 26, 2010

Hassan Qhaforifard a member of regime’s reactionary parliament attacked Ahmadinejad and said: “the fourth agenda was over by the end of the last year and the country actually is without any agenda. We had to approve in the parliament that until there is a fifth agenda the country should move on the previous one and this is a problem. The government should have presented the fifth agenda last June so that we could discuss about it and then implement it from the New Year”.
Yousefian a member of Budget Commission also said: “the fifth agenda is more like an advice than an executable plan. The government has talked in general and there are no specific values and especific statistics”.
Yousefian added: “Unfortunately at the parliament we have just made general questions about how the fourth agenda was executed. In some cases not only the agenda has not been executed but it hasn’t got even close to its goal and in some cases there has been a backlash”.

They admit: parliament is good for nothing
Tehran, April 26, 2010

Fars news agency affiliated with RGC admitted that regime’s parliament is good for nothing and wrote: “one of the most important problems in executive branch almost from the beginning is disorderly presence of some MPs in the parliament and their disorderly participation in voting”.
The news agency pointed to the fact that the MPs don’t even care for Khamenei’s advises and added: “this issue is so important that the honorable Leader has advised about the issue several times. He last criticized them in his meeting with parliament’s Clerics Council”.
According to this report so many of regime’s MPs are absent at the parliament that the parliament doesn’t reach the limit that would permit voting.
Some MPs including Daryoush Ghanbari have asked that these disorderly MPs that even don’t vote must be ousted. He said: “sometimes it is seen that when we want to discuss an important plan or bill some MPs are not present. Actually we don’t even see the physical presence of some of them”.
He added sarcastically: “even parliament’s internal regulations don’t match with these absences. A leave has a limit we cannot say that these MPs are always at leave”.

Disputes surge as regime retreats from being a member of Human Rights Council
Tehran, April 26, 2010

Tabnak site belonging to Mohsen Rezaee the former head of RGC attacked regime’s Foreign Ministry for disgracing the regime by its defeated attempt to make it a member of Human Rights Council and wrote: “after the former defeat in this council’s election and the defeat in the quest for becoming a member of UN’s Security Council and after that the retreat from coming a member of IAEA’s Governing Council this quest was the unsuccessful quest of our diplomatic apparatus in achieving international sits”.
The site continues that this defeat and admitting to it by Ramin Mehmanparast spokesman of Foreign Ministry has aroused this question in the media and political societies that when some members of UN and international human rights organization are negatively biased towards us why did the Foreign Ministry and with what goal had it this scheme included in its agenda and then why did it retreat from it? “Didn’t we forecasted that we will be under such attack”?.. “Though this organ is not a political organ but none the less its members are chosen politically”.
The site adds: “now it has been decided that Iran become a member of Global Council of Women’s Rights and all Asian countries will support us in that! We ask the Foreign Ministry what kind of a bargain that is?... Having a look at the influence of these two councils in international society’s public opinion we can well see that even if the Asian countries support us in the election of Global Council of Women’s Rights still it is Iran that has lost something having in mind the amount of negative publicity and the amount that countries and anti Iran (read regime) currents have become consent by our retreat. This shows the importance of this issue in international arena. We can decisively say that this act of Foreign Ministry has been a clear defeat for the diplomacy of our country”.

To where Khatami’s disgusting yielding led?
Tehran, April 26, 2010

Though Khatamie has pathetically yielded to Khamenei but still Kayhan Daily Khamenei’s organ wrote: “Khatami wants to give up without paying the price for his treachery and being punished for selling his homeland. Will the people and the System accept that? Of course the answer is negative”.

Resistance

When the wolf absurdly complains from the sheep
Tehran, April 26, 2010

The criminal head of Gohardasht Prison, Haj Kazem and the deputy of prison’s security, Faraji have complained from the political prisoner Mansour Osanloo. This unique and absurd complaint has been handed over to branch 6 of regime’s kangaroo Revolution Court. In the complaint they have asked death penalty for Mr. Osanloo.
The complaint says that Mr. Osanloo is in contact with dissident groups. Some other Khamenei’s mercenaries have signed the complaint too.
As the result of this complaint Mr. Osanloo was transferred to branch 6 of Karaj’s kangaroo Revolution Court on Sunday April 25.
It is clear obvious that making up such absurd cases which is the specialty of regime’s suppression and torture apparatus aims at breaking the resisting spirit of political prisoners.
Mr. Osanloo is suffering from multiple diseases in the prison. He has problems in his eyes, heart, back and legs. Instead of treating him the henchmen buy more shame for themselves by making up such cases.

Hassan Hadad, his real name Hassan Zare Dehnavi it the judge of the first case, the security official who issued the bill of indictment of the second case and the head of security mafia stationed in so-called Revolutionary Court. He is one of those responsible for Kahrizak catastrophic events.”
He also names Saeed Mortazvi as interfering in his case and explains: “Judge Saeed Mortazavi is severely against me because I revealed the secret of Ms. Zahra Kazemi’s murder and directly accused him in a film produced b Jim Hockan, a Canadian producer, of the murder of Zahra Kazemi. The film was named ‘Iran is banned’. He uses every opportunity to strike back at me, my family, my relatives and friends.…
The senior specialist of my case, Maysam, drew a gun at me while interrogating me and threatened me that he will fill my body with bullets”.
Mr. Davoodi names 11 other Khamenei elements involved in his file and continues: “I was arrested on Nov.9, 2003 at 1 pm at the intersection of Keshavarz Blvd. and North Kargar Street. Some plainclothes humiliatingly dragged me out of my car a Pykan that belonged to Partovi Hekmat School. They beat me and swore at me in public, eye banded me and handcuffed me and then without telling me what I was accused of they transferred me to an unknown location and kept me there for several days during which I was under most severe tortures…
I tolerated 3months in solitary cells in security ward 2 of Evin Prison. Because I resisted and didn’t accept any interrogation whether written or oral I was hospitalized 6 times for suffering different tortures.
Four times I was hospitalized in Baghiatollah Hospital belonging to RGC in Tehran’s Mullah Sadra St. under the nicknames of Mohsen Ghorbani, Khosro Abadani, Mohammad Ashuri and Akbar Lak. I was there on the whole for 17 days in the 10th floor which is the floor for security patients ….”.
The suppressive agents had then confiscated two briefcases of Mr. Davoodi’s documents from the school as interrogator Mostafavi and inspector Tabatabaee had threatened him that theywill ruin his life and his families life because he resists.
Because Mr. Davoodin resisted and pursued the stealing of his documents he was exiled to Rajaee Shahr Prison (Gohardasht Prsion) in 2004 and then to Bandar Abbass’s Central Prison, south of the country, in 2005.
Mr. Davoodi continues that in 2006 due to the activities on international organizations and his critical physical condition he got a treatment leave and returned to Tehran where he found out that by the order of Judge Hadad the school that he governed was closed.
When Mr. Davoodi goes to the so-called Revolutionary Courts building and refers to Security Department’s office to take back his documents he is arrested right away and taken back again to security ward no. 2 of Evin and he goes under unbearable interrogations again.
At the end of his letter Mr. Davoodi emphasizes that without the pressure and help of human right organs especially those belonging to UN nobody can help the political prisoners in Iran.

Regime’s negotiations in Vienna was fruitless
Tehran, April 26, 2010

Meeting and negotiation between Manocher Motaki regime’s Foreign Minister with the head of IAEA over fuel exchange was fruitless.
Motaki has told Mr. Amanoo that Tehran is still looking over the IAEA’s suggestion for fuel exchange offered to since last November and demanded mutual trust.
Since six months ago IAEA has suggested regime that it sent less enriched uranium to Russia or France to be turned into fuel for Tehran’s medical research reactor. This suggestion aimed at a drop in Tehran’s capability in enriching uranium in high levels which is necessary for producing nuclear weapons.
The clerical regime is pursuing a diplomatic campaign to prevent the fourth resolution regarding sanctions against it.
