Mullahs fear dishes
Tehran, Jan. 4, 2011
The fact that people are welcoming satellite TVs especially ‘Simaye Azadi (the face of freedom)’ has horrified the mullahs.
A site belonging to defeated fraction wrote: “before 2009 election and even a while after that governmental agents raided roof tops to collect dishes and opened judiciary records for people in that regard but the usage of dishes has grown so much that it is now out of control…Official polls show that 45% of Tehran’s residents use satellite dishes which is a 10% growth”.
Sadegh Ziba Kalam said: “the educated stratum of the society doesn’t welcome governmental programs at all. Neither our TV nor radio were not able to compete even in minimums with foreign media”.
It is to be mentioned that last mid-Fall Ali Darabi the deputy of Khamenei’s TV & Radio expressed his concern of how much people welcome ‘Simaye Azadi’ and said: “Simaye Azadi which is affiliated with Monafeghin’s activities (Monafeghin is the name regime calls PMOI) is amongst those media that is watched in most Iranian homes…”
Schism gets even deeper in Khamenei Band
Tehran, Jan. 4, 2011
In its political note Kayhan state-run daily admitted that schism is getting deeper within Khamenie’s band: “this problem of political and legal issues some times get mixed and some times this is also accompanied by conspiracies of mischievous and diverged currents. This has strange outputs to the point that… officials and caring personalities in regard with the Establishment will confront each other.
Unfortunately in some cases without the issue being clear, the consequences would be this: the public will feel that two powers of the country are confronting each other”.
The source continues: “what is ultimately seen in domestic and media circles is a chaos that takes place because political and legal issues are not separated”.
Aftermaths of breakage of Khamenei’s talisman in Hozeh
Tehran, Jan. 4, 2011
By the breakage of Velayat-e-Faghieh’s Talisman mullahs in Hozeh (religious schools and circle in Qom and other religious cities) are opposing Khamenie for taking advantage of religious decrees to impose reactionary and dominating insights on the mass.
Khabar Online a state-run media published an example of such opposition on Jan. 3 quoting the notes of Hojat Al Islam Soroush Mahalati. The notes read in part:
‘Taghlid’ is a logical act. Its root is ‘when an ignoramus person refers to a wise man’ and it is approved in Islam. It is obvious that in religious issues not every body can deduce straightly from canon sources and must refer to a ‘Mojtahed’ who is expert in that and act as he says. So far this is a clear issue but if the Fatwa given is not acceptable for the person and he is sure that there is a wrong doing in that what should he do? Should he close his eyes and follow the Fatwa?
As far as the most expert Islamic researchers are concerned the answer is negative?
The prominent researcher Mullah Mohammad Kazem Khorasani also puts it as ‘the outmost wrong’ to follow a Fatwa which you believe is wrong.
“In the past such cases were rare but in our time due to multiple factors this is not a rare case and makes the follower distrust a Fatwa.
In such a case such a Fatwa cannot be an ‘augment based on canon law’ and he must act to another Fatwas.
For that reason in our era Fatwa is not as firm amongst the people as it was before, followed without bringing it under question.
Formerly Ejtehad (deduction of issues from religious sources and canon law) was counted as ‘unmistakable’ and thus it was counted as ‘decisive decree’ but we are far from that these days.
About the decrees in regard with social and economical issues a human being can comprehend right and wrong; a Fatwa that just pays attention to ‘surface of issues’ might put the follower in a position of defiance”.
