Iran’s Trade Room head admits to negative effect of sanctions

Mohammad Nahavandian, the head of Iran’s Trade Room admitted to the negative effects of international sanctions and said, “The sanctions against Iran’s nuclear program have a political root but its effects and cost are economical and therefore to counter the sanctions we have to act in coordination with political and economical institutions”.
“The truth is the limitations and sanctions impose an inacceptable cost to trade, transactions, and the economy in the country”, he added.
He pointed to the unprecedented increase of bounced checks and said the figures were similar to 1978 and said that it was the result of the ‘special economical condition’.

This newspaper wrote: Country’s economy is facing its hard days and its ups and downs, which safe and less expense passage needs a wise and powerful management. There is not a day that representatives of western countries try to refuse the trading sides to not to have any deal with Iranian trade sides.

Sale of oil and gas of Iran by Pasdaran

Hadi Nejad Hosseinian, ex deputy minister of Oil, in the gang fights of regime, exposed that: government of Ahmadinejad in order to prove that he had been able to sign an agreement with Pakistan, he had given a large credit to India and Pakistan.
Nejad Hosseinian says: if by this pipe line every day 60 million cubic meter of Gas is being produced, it means every day 25 million $ is being discounted from the Iranian people assets to India and Pakistan.
If the production of gas reaches to 150 cubic meters per day it means that this discount is 55 million $.
Minister of Oil officials of Ahmadinejad cabinet announced that if this pipe line which is called peace pipeline is established, first year there will be 60 million cubic meter daily, next year will be 150 million cubic meter gas per day.
Since the agreement is for 25 years, in the first state 225000 million $ and in the second state, 495000 million $ of Iranian people assets will be plundered.
This pipe line of 2400 kilometer called peace is going to take the gas of Iran to Pakistan and India to the Eastern Asia.
Regime has tried very hard for this agreement but USA’s objections and the fear of Pakistan and India from the sanctions backwashes have been the obstacles.
Mullahs' regime after the extension of sanctions has taken a lot of efforts and they have travelled many times to Dehli and Islamabad and have meetings with their officials. But all the promises have not reached to the point of implementation.

Ahmadinejad’s subsidies plan raises poverty in Iran

The state-run Mehr News Agency wrote: “According to an order by Ahmadinejad, the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, cash subsidies will be transferred from September 23 to the bank accounts of the guardians of families”.
According to this report, poverty stricken families will receive about 44,000 tomans a month while other classes of the society will receive 24,000 tomans.
This is while according to the funneling subsidies law, 50 percent of the revenue from the price revision of energy should have been allocated to the people but the amount given to the people is less than 20 percent.

After Ahmadinejad said that the executive power runs everything and not the Iranian parliament, the state-run Asre Iran website wrote: “The current problem in our country is not if a certain power or official has more power but the main issue in the country is that the law is not carried out correctly”.
This website attacked Ahmadinejad and questioned the status of the Supreme Leader and wrote; “The respected president should take heed that in the constitution, even the Supreme Leader who is the highest official in the country is equal in the face of the law with other people and according to the law, the Assembly of Experts can supervise the actions of the Supreme Leader and even impeach him… The parliament (Majlis) can if they see fit even impeach the president”.

Attack of Mohammad Reza Bahonar to Ahmadinejad

Mohammad Reza Bahonar member of the parliament, by attacking the Ahmadinejad who said that the  government is in the head of the government and not the parliament and said: I hope that day never come but this parliament can say about the president’s insufficiency.

Expediency Council official: Ahmadinejad is obstacle to unity

Ali Asgari, the assistant head of the Research Center of the Expediency Council attacked Ahmadinejad and said, “Those who have an ego and interpret the law to match their taste and think they are above the law, stress on their evil ego according to the Imam (Khomeini) and are a great obstacle for unity”.
He repeated Rafsanjani’s remarks against plainclothes agents and forces that work for the supreme leader and said, “When violence is organized, it is a fatal poison for unity… We see that the judiciary and security forces do not counter this in a serious way”.

Majlis member calls on Rafsanjani to surrender even more to Khamenei

Cleric Mousa Qorbani, a member of the Majlis from Khamenei’s faction called on Rafsanjani to repent more than he already has and said, “Hashemi Rafsanjani should officially announce that he never had anything to do with the seditionists and that he is in the service of the government”.
He pointed to Ahmadinejad’s disagreements with the Majlis and said, “In a joint session of the Majlis and the government, Azizi the assistant head of the president’s supervision and Abutorabi Fard, the assistant head of Majlis complimented the cooperation on the reviewing of the fifth program bill but after a few days, the president sent a retraction letter to the Majlis for the bill. These kinds of methods do not solve the problems”.
“If differences exist in the country, and if a sedition like the 2009 sedition takes place again, the country and officials will be occupied at least 6 months”, he added.

Fear of Mullahs of suspension of Regime’s representative seat in United Nations

Following the letter of political prisoner, Arjank Davoudi to UN secretary general, which asked for suspension of the seat of regime’s representative in UN, Iran’s official site wrote: anti -government sites on behalf of one opponents of Last year, have asked to suspend the regime’s seat in UN so that the president would not be able to speak out about Iranian people thoughts. According to Iran’s network, Ahmadinejad's travel has made a lot of objections among Iranian opponents.
Arjang Davoudi who was arrested in the recent uprising and was being convicted for doing a coup against the regime, in a letter to U. N. has asked to put pressure on the Islamic republic of Iran and has asked them to suspend the regime’s seat in U. N.
Political activists believe that the effect of Ahmadinejad’s speech on people has caused that opponents of this regime do in every ways they can to stand against the regime.

Open hand of regime’s officials in plundering

PourMohammad, head of investigation office, to justify the plundering of regime’s gang said: at the time that the country is in tumult and the enemy uses it, some of the trespassed are not being declared. While he was trying to give high moral to regime’s forces, he said: enemy wants to defeat us but we should not give up.

In these days that we are going for another study year, we are witnessing that our school mate seats are empty. Kiyanoush, Ashkan and Alireza who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our homeland like the Myth character of “Arash Archolder”. They are those who did not surrender against disgrace and shame. They are those who did not accept to live on their knees but they did choose to die standup.
In this manifest, they also added: in the new study year we need more unity and solidarity and we have to start the first class with the wish of destroying the dictator ruling regime. We have to write down with dictator once again on the boards of every class and we have to believe that every slogan on the walls and every cry is a last bullet to the rotten body of this regime. This year we will send this message to the people of the world and our suppressed people that our country is the place of freedom fighters and not the place of murderers and rulers.

Iranian regime hangs three in Yazd

Iran has hanged three men, in a prison in the central city of Yazd, ISNA news agency reported on Tuesday. The time of execution is unknown.

Prisoner executed in Zahedan Prison

On Sunday, September 19, a man was executed in Zahedan Prison.
According to the official website of the Sistan and Baluchistan Judiciary, on the dawn of September 19, a prisoner identified as Keshvar Gorgi was hanged in Zahedan Prison. His charge has not been confirmed by any independent sources.

Iran hanged on Monday two men, in a prison in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, Fars news agency reported.
The men were only identified in the report by their initials as A. Gh., S.F., Gh. J.

Reopenning of universities and increase of repressive acts

Mullahs' regime has increased their repressive acts against the students at the time of reopening the universities.
In Babol – there has been a number of issues to expel, punish, suspension and calls on students.
In Lahijan – the intelligence office of university have installed monitoring cameras and microphones in all sections of university.
In Kerman: for 6 students they have issued suspension sentences.
In Boushehr: cameras have been installed to control students; these moves were stopped by objection of students.

Iran sentences student to two years of prison for political activities

Farshad Dousti Pour, a Kurd student at Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan was sentenced to two years of prison by the Revolutionary Court.
According to reports, this student activist who was arrested in 2007 for participating in a student day ceremony and was detained for two months in cellblock 209 In Evin Prison, was sentenced to two years of prison on charges of committing crimes against the security of the country, propagating against the Islamic Republic by the 28th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by judge Moqiseh.

Five year prison term for journalist upheld by court of review

The five year prison sentence for Mehdi Mahmoudian, a member of the Participation Front, was upheld in the court of review.
According to reports, the sentence for Mahmoudian who is currently in Rajayi Shahr (Gohardasht) Prison in Karaj was announced to his lawyer. This journalist was arrested on September 16, 2009 during post-election events and after the Kahrizak Detention Center incident (in which a number of political prisoners were killed under torture) and from then on he has not even been granted a one day leave from prison.
This political prisoner played an important part in shedding light on the crimes committed in the Kahrizak Detention Center and published 70 names of post election slain protesters. He also played an important part in the publishing of a film showing the secret group burial of slain protesters in section 302 in Behesht Zahra Cemetery.

Human rights journalist sentenced to 6 years of prison

Emaddin Baqi, journalist and human rights activist in Iran was sentenced to another six years of prison and five years of limitations after serving four years and a half of prison.
Baqi was sentenced to six years of prison in a case over his interview with the late Ayatollah Montazeri. His interview was broadcasted in January from the BBC. His trial was held on August 17, 2010 headed by Pir Abbasi. Baqi was charged with propagating against the government and assembling and conspiring to disrupt the security of the country in this case.

Iran kills another young man under torture

Naser Alizadeh, a Kurd man from a village in Salmas who was arrested last Monday along with a number of other people by security forces, died after being tortured.
He had gone to the border for mountain climbing with a number of other people last Monday when he was arrested by security forces.
Naser Alizadeh passed away on Thursday September 16 under severe torture by security forces and his body was handed to his family for burial on Friday.
Notably, regime forces have threatened his family that they cannot hold a mourning ceremony for him.
Alizadeh was a soldier in Tehran who had come back to his village on a leave and was arrested on charges of cooperating with a dissident Kurd party.

Iran exerts more pressure on its own former reporter

Siamak Qaderi, a former reporter and journalist for the state run IRNA (Islamic Republic News Agency) is under pressure to confess to false charges in Evin Prison’s cellblock 209.
He was arrested on July 27, 2010 after security and intelligence agents raided his home and took him to Evin Prison for creating a weblog called ‘Our IRNA’ and publishing posts of his eyewitness accounts of the popular protests in the green movement.
He is still kept in prison without being given his minimum rights and is under pressure to confess to fabricated charges.
Despite claims by the officials of the Islamic Republic that prisoners’ families are not put under pressure, his wife and child are not able to access their bank accounts or use their credit cards…
Qaderi who officially worked as an editor, journalist and reporter for IRNA for 18 years was arrested by security forces after pressure from the head of this news agency while resting in his home and was thrown in solitary from the very beginning.
Immediately after his arrest, the assistant head of news at IRNA said in a short report in this news agency that ‘Siamak Q. a pro-green seditionist journalist was arrested on immoral charges’.
