Pars Metal Company transferred to IRGC’s Air Force

On Tuesday Feb. 16, Pars Metal Company was officially submitted to IRGC’s Air Force.
In that regard the production of this company will change and will serve this force producing spare-parts for the airplanes of this organ.

Deprived workers of Abanad Municipality

Abadan- Feb.19, 2011
Workers of Abadan Municipality working with contract-enterprises have not received their wages up to 5 months.
Though they had protested in that regard in front of the municipality but so far no problem has been solved. One of the workers said that it is four months that he had not received his right of insurance.

A student died from ‘A type influenza’ due to lack of minimum treatment facilities at the university

On Feb. 11 Reza Esfandiari, an engineering student of Sahand University refers to the university’s physician and he only gives him some pill though he was infected with ‘A type influenza’. When at 11 pm his condition gets critical there was no emergency facility to help taking him to a hospital and he died.

Four executed in Kerman

Kerman- Feb.18, 2011
Asr-e-Iran state-run news agency said that four were hanged in Kerman’s central prison on Friday morning Feb. 18. The agency said that they were accused of drug related crimes.
It is to be mentioned that the clerical dictatorship has hanged political prisoners times and again under the disguise of drug dealers. Zahra Bahrami, Iranian-Dutch political prisoner was hanged as such.

Regime’s MPs attacked Ashton

Regime’s parliament’s site: “Ashton’s weakness resulted in Istanbul negotiations being fruitless”, “Ashton brought about false arguments”.
Ashton’s saying that Iran’s regime does not comply with NPT and its nuclear program is not clear has aroused anger amongst regime’s MPS.
Jahangirzadeh, MP, said: “Ashton was not a qualified diplomat for directing the negotiation of 5+1 with Islamic Republic. One of the reasons that Istanbul negotiation was defeated was that Ashton didn’t know how to manage the negotiations. The negative result was so that two days of negotiations was fruitless and the negotiations were stopped”.
Mohammad Dehghani a member of the board of directors of regime’s parliament said: “Iran will not be stopped by Ashtons’ words and will continue full force. It will not pay any more attention to the fruitless negotiations”.
Karami Rad a member of regime parliament’s Security Commission while worried, said: “Ashton’s new claims are new deceptions. May be these claims are because west has been defeated continuously in negotiations and these are excuses for issuing a new resolution. It is clear that Mrs. Ashton has received orders from her masters and tries to express new issues against Tehran based on those orders”.

Quirking about Bousher’s nuclear reactor

Asr-e-Iran state-run site: Ali Akbar Salehi regime’s Foreign Minister said that Bousher’s nuclear reactor will be operational on April 9, 2011. On Nov.27, 2010 he said that it will be operational till the end of January 2011 max. But January is over and we are at mid February and now he says it will run in April”.
A member of National Security Commission of regime’s parliament, Fatemeh Alya said: “Boushehr nuclear site will run by March 20”.
Regime’s ambassador in Russia, Mohammad Reza Sajadi expressed his disappointment about this site becoming operative and said: “if Russia does not intend to finish its project in Bousher, it will totally lose its credibility by Iranians”.
The construction of this reactor was finished on Feb. 2009 but it is not still operational because Russia did not finish the project.

A ceremony for commemoration of Mohammad Mokhtari, killed by regime’s suppressive forces on Feb. 14 was held by his family and a great crowd at Imam Hasan Mosque east of Tehran in the afternoon.
At the end of the ceremony the crowd marched along with his family to his home 300 meters away from the mosque.
A great number of SSF were present and regime’s forces were stationed up to 200 meters to the mosque. Plainclothes were at the door step of the mosque and all around the participant crowd.

Students announce one week of mourning; classes closed

Students of Tehran University’s Art Department announced a week of public mourning in protest to the killing of their classmate Sane Jale by suppressive forces on Feb. 14 uprising. They also said that all the classes of the department will be closed until all the detained students are freed.
The name of the detained professor of the Art Department stated in the previous bulletin is Professor Ali Akbar Alizadeh and he is transferred to an unknown location.

Mothers of the Uprising in Kurdistan call for general strike on Monday Feb. 21

In accordance with the martyrdom of Sane Jale and Mohammad Mokhtari by the hands of regime’s suppressive forces, the ‘mothers of the Uprising’ in Kurdistan issued a statement calling on all Iranians to go on strike on Monday the seventh day Sane and Mohammad passed away.
The statement reads in part: “we are in a condition that the religion is playing with everything of the nation…they even deprive the mothers from seeing the body of their murdered children…”

Regime’s officials study the popular uprising

On Tuesday Feb. 15 the clerical dictatorship rushed into holding two sessions about Feb. 14 uprising in which high officials participated.
Meher state-run daily reported that the second session of the ‘Committee of Studying the Incursions of Feb. 14’ was formed.
The source reported that Mullah Moslehi, the Minister of Intelligence, Salehi the Foreign Minister, Hamedani the head of Saralah Base, Jafari the head of IRCG, Ahmadi Moghadam the head of SSF, Mullah Eje’ee regime’s general prosecutor, Jafari Dolatabadi regime’s prosecutor in Tehran and Zarghami the head of regime’s TV & Radio participated in the session.
According to regime’s media the agenda of this session was studying the popular uprising on Feb. 14 and the way they can confront its continuation.

Intelligence element Hasheminejad: PMOI has infiltrated our homes

A known element of Intelligence Ministry Hasheminejad worried about the role of PMOI in Iran’s popular uprisings warned: “these days PMOI has infiltrated in our homes and their SMS is saved in the cell phones of our children. We must be careful not to be strayed by them”.
Hasheminejad, the director of a covert intelligence organization called Hubilian Club added in his speech in Bandar Abbas: “all the events of last year were exactly the same as 30 years ago that they were conducted by PMOI. It was clear that the main conductor of last year’s events were PMOI.
While worried he added: “today the head of the ‘sedition’ say exactly the same things that Massoud Rajavi (the leader of the Iranian Resistance) said on those years.

The henchmen of Gohardahst (Rajaee Shahr) Prison opened a new file against the blogger Mohammad Reza Poor Shajari and intend to condemn him to execution on charge of ‘Moharebe’ (enmity against God) based on the opened file.
He was arrested end of last summer in the raid of the agents of Intelligence Ministry and was transferred to the ward under the control of IRGC in Gohardasht Prison and was severely tortured.
He was tortured so hard that he even tried to commit suicide to free himself of the tortures.

Kurd writer and political prisoner Saeed Saedi in critical condition

Though Mr. Saedi has been under detention for more than 45 days his detention is extended for one more month.
Mr. Saedi is in critical physical condition due to the tortures imposed on him in Sanandaj’s Intelligence Detention Center.
He is suffering from a broken hand and leg due to tortures and his family could only talk to him for one minute.
Mr. Saedi was detained in a raid of suppressive forces along with eight family members of executed political prisoner Habibollah Latifi.

Farzaneh Najar, student, arrested

Mashahad- Feb.18, 2011
Farzaneh Najar Nejad (fe), student of Social Sciences was arrested with some unknown forces in her father’s house on the morning of Feb. 16. Her computer and other personal belongings have been confiscated too.
It is to be mentioned that Farzaneh Najar was suspended from university for two terms because of her activities in women’s affairs.
Also Ali Razeghi, Morteza Bagherzadeh and Hossein Ahmadnejad who were students of Mashhad universities were arrested on Feb. 14 at their homes.

Arresting residents of Tehran and Shiraz

During Feb. 15 and 16 regime’s security forces have arrested the residents of Tehran and Shiraz on hollow excuses. They had also arrested those citizens whose car’s license number was recorded during the uprising of Feb. 14.
As an example they raided the house of one of the residents of Tehran’s Shahrak Qarb and said that he had installed a camera on his car taping the uprising.
Seven Bahai residents have been arrested accused of having hands in the ‘unrests of Feb. 15’ and ‘having connection with the government of Israel’.

The real number of injured on Feb. 14 uprising and their destiny is unknown

From the existing evidences the number of those shot at by regime’s suppressive forces either injured or death on Feb. 14 is more than what was announced by the regime’s media.
So far we know that three who were shot on last Monday were transferred to Imam Hospital. One of them who was shot in the head passed away.
Seven others have been transferred to Sina Hospital but were immediately transferred by a military ambulance and there is no news of them.
Another injured who has been transferred to Hazrat Rasool Hospital had died too.
Mohammad Mokhtari was shot at west of Tehran and Sane Jale at the center of Tehran. These two were killed.
Another citizen has been killed in Roodaki-Toohid Street for sure.

Female political prisoners in need of medical attention in Gohardasht and Evin Prison

According to reports, political prisoner Kobra Banazadeh, who is detained in Gohardasht (Rajayi Shahr) Prison in Karaj is in critical condition.
She is suffering from various ailments and needs medical attention but prison official have denied her minimum treatment.
Mrs. Motahareh Bahrami, detained in the Methadone Cellblock in Evin Prison, is also suffering from various ailments because of her old age. The lack of medical attention has made her unable to carry out the simplest tasks.

Two were lashed in Doroud

The clerical dictatorship lashed two people in public in Farmandari Square of Doroud Township. IRNA state-run daily said that they were condemned to receive 74 lashes and then they would be imprisoned.

Zaniar Moradi a Kurd political prisoner will be executed for sure and his brother Loghman too will probably be condemned to death.
These two political prisoners had confessed under torture that they had participated in the killing of the son of Marivan’s Friday Imam.
They both have been threatened to rape.

Mohsen Rezaie the former head of IRGC and the current secretary of regime’s Council of Expediency expressed his fear of the re-flaming of the nationwide uprising against the clerical dictatorship and said: “We must count the path that the Leadership (Khamenei) is paving as the main path and we must not go astray. We must take this path seriously and do not be afraid of these events…”
He counted regime’s survival conditional to defending Khamenei and added: “the issue of Velayat-e-Faghieh and defending the Leadership is a must for us and we put everything we have into it. The foreigners are trying to baffle this…The one who believes in Islamic Republic must clearly separate his course of action from the diverging and mutinous actions”.
Rezaie then attacked US State Department for its support of the freedom loving movement of Iranians and said: “these hypocritical words of US are meddling in our country’s affairs. Mrs. Clinton who says that they are supporting the protesters full force has no right to meddle in our interior affairs”.

A large number of people have been surrounded by security forces in Daneshju Park. They have held a sit-in and are sitting all around the park. Cellphones are out of order but the SMS service still works for now.
Protesters have taken on the ‘hit and run’ tactic with security forces in the Valiasr Square in Tehran. Special Guards Forces are beating protesters but the people answer back with stones and sticks. The slogans are ‘death to Khamenei’ and ‘death to dictator’.

3:30 pm
Protestors in Sadeqieh are chanting death to dictator.
There are clashes between the people and the security forces in these areas: Fatemi Street, Jamalzadeh and outside of the Ministry of Labor in Azadi Square.

3:45 pm
Protesters are chanting, ‘State Security Forces support us’ and are throwing flowers for the State Security Forces. One of the SSF forces waved to the people and the SSF in that area moved out of the people’s way and the people continued their march in the Abureihan and Enqelab intersection.

Semnan
Protesters have started gathering in Semnan. So far 50 people have gathered but have not chanted slogans yet.

Isfahan
Protesters have started gathering in Chaharbagh Square.

Garmsar
Students in Garmsar have started their march with ‘death to dictator, in Iran and Egypt’ inside their university. Bassij forces and the Protection Department agents attacked the students and the students booed them. The students have still not reached the streets outside of the university.

Tehran 3:30 pm– There were clashes at 3:30 pm in Jamalzadeh Street and the SSF are arresting protesters in groups and throw them in cars. A large number of people are going from Enqelab Street towards Azadi Square. Security forces have parked their cars next to the street and throw people in the cars.

Tehran Sharif University – Students started their gathering at about 2 pm in this university outside of the Sinay building and have started chanting slogans including, ‘death to dictator’, ‘Allah O Akbar’, and ‘You have killed the youth of the country and have put thousands in graves’.
Bassij forces have also entered the scene and are trying to disperse the students.

Mashhad 3:30 pm – The gathering started in Melat Park.

Shiraz 4:30 pm – A demonstration has started in Molasadra Street and is still ongoing.

Tehran – Before 12 pm in the North-South Metro, people were chanting and clapping and officials were forced to close down the metro after a few hours.

Mashhad – A large number of people have gathered in Mashhad and chant, ‘Khamenei and Mobarak we congratulate your union’.

Tehran – The Ministry of Intelligence has sent SMS to people warning them against participating in the protests but the people have taken no heed and have taken to the streets.

Tehran – Cellphones do not work from Imam Hossein Square to Azadi Square. A very large number of people have gathered in Azadi square and their numbers are growing by the minute.

Tehran 5pm – The sounds of shots being fired into the air can be heard. Tear gas has also been shot at the protesters but the people are continuing their clashes with the security forces.

Tehran 4:30 pm- Between the Ostad Moein Blvd. and Azadi Square, the people have gathered in large numbers on the pedestrian bridges and also on the sidewalks. Everyone is wearing tennis shoes and is ready. Security forces have also been stationed in the Yadegar Highway and are trying to disperse the crowds.

Tehran – People have gathered in the Abbas Abad region and the security forces are trying to disperse them. Motorists honk their horns in protest.
Firdosi Square is also filled with protesters.

Tehran – The streets going to Azadi Square are closed. But the people are going from Eskandarieh and Navab trying to make it to Azadi Square.

Babol – Protesters have gathered and have thrown sonic grenades which was heard by eyewitnesses. Security forces are very nervous and scared of the young people and their protests.

Tehran – A large number of people have gathered outside the Sharif University and are going towards Enqelab Square.

Tehran- People have gathered in Somayeh Street. SSF is confronting them.
Tehran- An Eyewitness: “at 1600 a huge crowd was protesting in the root from Imam Hussein and Ferdosi, people joined it any minute. If it continues like this the crowd will be more than one million. They were chanting ‘death to Khamenei’ and ‘death to dictator’. They were very angry.
Tehran- Eyewitness: the crowd is too many at Enghelab Street and Veli-e-Asr intersection, we gathered several times and chanted ‘death to dictator’ but the SSF attacked us each time.
Kerman- about 300 people gathered in protest in Kerman, SSF present were a lot. They severely beat the people and some got injured. SSF is searching the Cafe’ Nets
Shiraz- in Namazi there is still clashes. Youths are calling on people for help.

These two were arrested and taken to unknown location.

Tehran- the families of the martyrs of last years uprising announced that they will gather in Laleh and Daneshjoo park to join the popular march.
Tehran- at 1130 in Rah Ahan Sq. a crowd of 170 strong were moving towards Azadi Square.
Tehran- at 1145 about 100 people were going from Imam Hussein Sq. towards Azadi Sq.
Tehran- at noon about 200 SSF and Plainclothes equipped with helmet, batons and electric batons were stationed at Azadi Sq.
Tehran- SSF attacked residents of Farmanieh region and collected their satellite dishes putting pressure on them to give their obligation that they will not buy another.
Tehran- Simaye Azadi, the TV network of the PMOI is accompanied with noise in regions of Ghaitarieh, Tehranpars, Narmak and western regions of Tehran.
Tehran- Bazaaris of Tehran said that they would also gather at noon today in solidarity with other protesters.
Tehran- at 1500- a crowd has formed in Vali-e-Asr Streeet and is ready to move.

At 1430 a huge crowd has gathered in Enghelab Square, the number of suppressive forces is too many. Regime is having the shops there to close by force and has wanted the shopkeepers to leave the premises.
At Jamalzadeh St. in Enghelab Sq. a great number of people are in the street and sidewalks and are waiting people from Enghelab to reach them so that they can join together and start the march.

Regime's fear of People's uprising

Tehran: 10 am Security forces on motorcycles armed with clubs have been maneuvering on the streets since 9 am to intimidate the public in the Aria Shahr region.
Tehran: 12 pm security forces have been stationed in all the main squares in Tehran including Azadi Square, Enqelab Square, and Imam Hossein Square. According to eyewitness accounts, security forces are stationed very close to each other with motorcycles and cars and have taken control over the above mentioned areas fearing protests. They are on high alert and very watchful.

While supportive groups of the government are free to have gatherings any time they want under the protection of SSF and without requesting any permission, the Ministry of State called the march in support of people of Egypt and Tunisia as illegal and a hypocritical act.
Fars News agency affiliated with IRGC said that after a week, Alikhanei Sadr the deputy of Ministry of State said that this request was illegal and there will be no permission granted.

Young people in Isfahan clashed with security forces that were harassing a young girl and boy and beat a SSF officer.
According to reports from this clash, at 3 pm on Wednesday in the Artesh Square, when a State Security Force agent intended to arrest a young girl and boy, dozens of arrested young people who were in a bus and those who were witnessing the scene stopped the state security forces.
They chanted, ‘State Security Forces get lost’. A SSF officer who intended to attack the protesters angered the people and he was severely beaten by the bystanders. All the detainees escaped during the clash.

The interrogators of the ministry take the political prisoners under interrogation for long hours, beating and offending them.

70% of shoe making workshops in Tabriz are closed

ILNA news agency reported that Javad Hossein Nejad, the head of Tabriz’s Shoe-Making Union, announced on Feb. 5 that from 2000 shoe making units in Tabriz only 30% are active. 30 other percent are half closed and the rest are closed.
Tabriz made 40,000 hand-made pair of shoes yearly.
Hossein Nejad counted the shortage of row material with high quality in the market and the fact that no fine leather is made as the main factors of low quality of hand-made shoes of Tabirz.
He added: “we don’t have fine quality row material such as adhesive, leather, lining and upper layer as well as trappings and because custom tariffs are high we cannot import them either”.

They were served soup and Coke. In each group of these mercenaries half of them were female Bassijies and the rest armed SSF men.
Another report says that throughout 16 Azar St. and in front of Tehran University’s entrance regime’s suppressive forces were stationed and they were chanting pro-Khamenei slogans and they too were served with food and beverages. In alleys around the university SSF forces were stationed in their cars.

These 34 have then been taken to an unknown location and have had not contacted with their families since.

Moukariyan News Agency reported that a Kurd resident from Qhotareh Village, Jafar Sharifi, was killed when a SSF shot at him. Mr. Sharifi was married and had a child.

The execution of one of the high ranking commanders of IRGC in Ahwaz, Abdolreza Qorabat 52, was as a warning to the other commanders of this force that are keeping distance from the Establishment of Velayat-e-Faghieh.
Qorabat was executed at Karoon Prison in Ahwaz on Jan. 26 accused of ‘claiming to be God and having connection with Imam Zaman’.
Being with IRGC from 1980 to 2002, Qorabat was arrested on 2007 in the root from Hamidieh to Ahwaz for the third time and was kept there until the time of his execution.
His family was not permitted to see him before execution. His body was buried by the agents of Intelligence Ministry at night in a place called Broomir before Ahwaz’s Chaharshir, far from his birth place.
A number of IRGC’s commanders had tried to prevent his execution but Sadegh Larijani The head of regime’s Judiciary insisted on the execution.

Free Hashem Khastar

Teacher’s Guild Society wrote an open letter to Mullah Sadegh Larijani demanding the immediate freedom of Hashem Khastar, enchained teacher.
Mr. Khastar has recently gone under a heavy operation and by the order of his physicians he should have stayed in CCU but instead he was immediately transferred to prison.
Khastar was chosen as a candidate by people of Azerbaijan to be their mayor after the anti- monarchy revolution but he didn’t accept it and continued his teaching in his birthplace Birjand.
During the time he is serving his term (6 years term) he has also lost his sight to some percent.
Khastar is 57 years old.

Two political prisoners savagely tortured

It is about 10 days that Farhang and Shahram Poor Mansouri two political prisoners who had been recently transferred to the newly formed ward for political prisoners at Gohardahst (Rajeeshahr) Prison have been transferred to solitary cells and went under severe torture.
In protest the two went on dry hunger strike.
Farhang has been so severely tortured that his left big toe, fingers and nose is broken.
The torturers at these solitary cells are: Ali Mohammadi, deputy of the prison; Faraji, deputy of prison’s intelligence; Reza Torabi, the head of prison’s inspection; Mirza Aghaee, a Pasdar (IRGC member) officer and prison’s torturer. Some other Pasdars such as Amini and Salmani also participate in the tortures.

Hussein Ronaghi Maleki political prisoner in security ward of 350 of Evin Prison is in critical condition due to infection of his kidney.
Though even the physicians of the prison’s infirmary have said that the problem can be solved by laser therapy but the henchmen of Intelligence Ministry have ordered his kidney be taken out.
The family of Hussein Ronaghi Maleki had complained from two members of IRGC and they in turn have built up a fake case against Hussein and his family.
Maleki is a blogger and human rights activist. He has been tortured for a year in solitary cells to accept to interview but he didn’t and then he was condemned to 15 years of imprisonment along with corporal punishment by the criminal judge Pir Abbassi in Branch 26 of so-called Revolutionary Court of regime.

Mullah Mesbah Yazdi emphasizes on decrease in sentences of execution, exile and amputation

The criminal Mullah Yazdi said: “inspection and surveillance organs must have the divine rule in mind in their assessments. They should not lay the ground so that these rules will be seen less in the society. If somebody steals they must cut his hand. We cannot just let him be, we have to conduct a cultural work!
About a ‘Mohareb’, one of the sentences of execution, exile of amputation of a hand and a leg must be conducted. Here democracy and human rights has no meaning”.
