Sept. 14, 2010
In reaction to a new report by the secretary general of the IAEA, Soltanieh, Iran’s representative in the IAEA in a letter to the agency called the report ‘unbalanced’ and said that it was copied off the Security Council resolution 1929 and asked that it be changed. According to the Fars News Agency on September 13, Soltanieh denied the documents of the IAEA and Amano’s report which was based on a report by inspectors and wrote: “It seems that this report has used its odd wording under foreign pressure”.
“This claim that Iran has not had the necessary cooperation is incorrect and misleading”, he wrote.
“This report has been copied off from sections of Security Council Resolution 1929 in an unprecedented manner”.
Iran’s representative in the agency also asked the agency to balance its report just as the former head of this agency had done in the interests of the Iranian dictators.

Sept. 14, 2010
Following the exposure of atomic sites by Iranian Resistance, Mullah’s dictatorship in their media in advance, are expressing their worry and say that the result of Agency is negative on our atomic program.
Regime’s media also wrote: the main subject of international agency of atomic energy will be Iran’s nuclear program. Content of the report will be about the nuclear activities of Iran which has not been revealed yet.
But it is obvious from now that the report is negative and it will state that the international community is disappointed of Iran’s attitude to stop nuclear activities.

Top cleric, Rafsanjani: We have never been sanctioned to this extent; officials should take sanctions very seriously
Sept. 14, 2010
A top Iranian cleric and head of the Assembly of Experts, Rafsanjani said, “In the course of the Revolution we have never had sanctions to this extent and my request is that all officials take these sanctions seriously and do not take them as a joke”.
The head of the Expediency Council cited the international isolation of the regime and the abhorrence of the Iranian people of the regime and said, ‘We all know the current conditions. Today there is an unsuitable condition in the world and around us and especially in Iran and we have a great duty”.
“In the past 30 years despite putting behind a war which was forced on us, we had never seen (the west) plan and carry out so many evil plans against the Islamic Revolution and this in itself is brutal”.
“We have never had so many resolutions against us. The sanctions are from the Security Council and the IAEA and governments have also stepped in the field and are carrying out measures which increase the effects of their conspiracies against the revolution”.
He cited the IAEA report and said, “In this report, the head of the IAEA has claimed that the Iran does not let in Agency inspectors to its nuclear facilities and has increased its tone in saying that our nuclear activities are for military purposes”.
He told members of the Expediency Council that ‘the enemies do what they do, but I want you and those who listen to you to take heed of these issues”.
“I am a cleric who has 50 to 60 years of experience in this field and I have a duty to tell you this”, he added.

German companies and regime’s sanctions
Sept. 14, 2010
Even though that the amount of exchanges with large company of Lind in the present year has been only 50 million dollars, which is only 0.3 of all the treatments of this company, but stopping such relation with Iran’s regime has a important political message. The message is that the sanctions are going on and no company wants to accept risk.
Excess to Lind Company, some other banks and German companies have stopped their relations with the regime. For example two insurance German Company called Aliantes and Monshnerrok have stopped all their activities in Iran. In January Zimens German Company also stopped its activities in Iran. Third Iranian diplomat separated from regime in Belgium
Sept. 14, 2010

Just as another defected diplomat had said in an interview with Radio Farda that she will not be the last to defect, there are reports that another diplomat has defected in Belgium which is another blow to the Iranian regime. Regime diplomats in Finland and Norway and currently in Belgium have resigned their posts in protest to the Iranian regime’s suppression in the course of popular protests in Iran.

Why does Iran not publish news on diplomat’s asylum?
Sept. 14, 2010
Tabnak, A website run by former RGC head Rezayi refuted claims by the Foreign Ministry spokesman on the resignation of Iran’s charge d'affaires in Finland and wrote: “If Alizadeh has taken refugee in that country, why do we refuse to announce it?”
This website wrote: “Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast, denied that the charge d'affaires of Finland had taken asylum and said, “Alizadeh had problems with his child or children’s education and asked for a delay in coming back to the country”.
Mehmanparast had said similar things about another former diplomat, Heidari, who took refuge in Norway and finally after Heidari gave interviews to the media it became evident that he had become a refugee in Norway. It seems that the same thing is happening in the case of Alizadeh and the Foreign Ministry has adopted the same tone in denying this issue. Despite the fact that only foreign media have confirmed this issue, there are concerns that this issue would repeat itself and public opinion would lose its trust in the Foreign Ministry”.
“Today with the spread of the media and communications in the world and also the internet, publishing news is not limited to what it used to be and the minute something happens, everyone becomes informed in a matter of seconds so what would be better than for the organization that the news belongs to publish and analyze the news itself before anyone else so that it could always be one step ahead of other media?”.
This website also recommended to the foreign ministry that it should be careful in choosing people who go on missions abroad.

Ahmadinejad shows stubbornness in changing Mottaki
Sept. 14, 2010

“Regarding the appointment of Jalili or Hashemi Samareh instead of Mottaki, the president has complete authority in choosing members of the heads and assistant heads in his cabinet but the Majlis studies the history of all candidates from all aspects and will only vote for him if he meets all the necessary conditions”, Hossein Sobhani said.
“The president is actually disregarding Majlis’s notice with this measure and it will surely have a negative effect on the government and Majlis”, he added.

RGC expresses concern over rifts in Khamenei’s faction
Sept. 14, 2010

This website wrote: “The perverse faction of the followers of the principles has put creating rifts in (pro-regime) organizations in its priorities. The same faction that has created rifts in some Islamic societies, the same faction that is looking to create discrepancies among the three forces, the same faction that deviates (pro-regime) gatherings, has currently targeted (pro-regime) organizations to create rifts in these originations and try to attract members.

Ridiculous scenes of a so-called show of power near the Friday Prayers
Sept. 6, 2010

The two attached videos show this ridiculous show of Bassijis which was played out as Ahmadinejad was giving a speech.
In one of the scenes of this ‘play’ the Bassijis set something on fire on the street which led to protests from young people and even to anti-government slogans. The Bassij force quickly put out the fire to prevent further protests and gatherings.

Iranian regime's FM spokesman admits pain of sanctions
Sept. 6, 2010
The Iranian regime’s foreign ministry spokesman admitted to the painful impacts of international sanctions on the clerical regime, saying, “So, if we retreat, there would be nothing left for us.”
According to the state-run Fars news agency on Sunday, Ramin Mehmanparast, whose remarks were broadcast on state-run TV, said, “We do not welcome any sanctions or [punitive] resolutions. We don’t want to move towards resolutions. But, at the same time, we are not prepared to back away from our rights under pressure.”
The comments ran counter to what the mullahs’ President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, had previously stated on a number of occasions to the effect that the regime “embraces sanctions.” He had added that sanctions actually benefit the Iranian regime.
Mehmanparast also unveiled the creation of “the special headquarters at the Foreign Ministry to confront sanctions.” He referred to some of the impacts, saying, “For example, there are chemical products that are used for peaceful purposes 96% of the time. They could only have a 4% chance of being used for military purposes. But, as soon as a merchant starts to be active in this field, he is told that you are importing these products for military purposes in Iran. Even cement and iron rods count as being sensitive products. They say that these products may be used for building military fortifications.”

In statements targeting Kamran Daneshjou, the mullahs’ Science Minister, Karami said that measures that could “incite chaos in universities” and “harm the regime” must be avoided.

This is while Amir Riahi, the editor of the Mohavereh student publication, was severely beaten in Vakil Abad Prison. Eyewitnesses said that the reason he was beaten was for protesting to a soldier in prison…
Riahi disclosed the name of the person who beat him and said, “A soldier named Reza Bayat who was responsible for fingerprinting took me to another room and then started violently beating me for about 10 minutes. In the two or three hours that I was kept in that hall I saw at least four more beatings and two of them were carried out by Mr. Bayat”.
“After that when I was being released from prison, another soldier separated me and another political prisoner and asked us a few questions. I really did not have the ability to answer but the person next to me who decisively answered the questions was beaten and unfortunately he did not have a name tag and I do not know his name”.
These students wrote for their student publication in Mashhad’s Firdosi University and were sentenced to one year of prison on charges of propagating against the government. They were also sentenced to four semesters of suspension in 2008 for their activities in this publication.

Sunni prisoners insulted and beaten in Gohardasht Prison
Sep. 6, 2010
According to reports from Iran, cellblock 2 known as the Dar al-Quran in Gohardasht Prison is very tense after prison agents insulted Sunni prisoners. These prisoners who are mostly Kurd political and non-political prisoners protested the insults which were being broadcasted from the cellblock loudspeakers.
Prison officials Kermani and Faraji and other prison guards threatened the Sunni protesters that if they do not end their protests, prison guards will beat them and transfer them to solitary cells…
On Sunday September 5, when they see that the protests of political and non-political Sunni prisoners were ongoing, Karami, Faraji the head and assistant head of the Prison Intelligence Unit and prison guards attacked a Sunni prisoner identified as Ata-ollah Azizi and beat him, subsequently taking him to cellblock 6 in this prison.
The Prison Intelligence Unit instigates and encourages other prisoners to clash with Sunni prisoners and there is a high chance of widespread religious clashes in this cellblock.

Officially organized instigated clashes in Gohardasht Prison leaves many prisoners severely injured
Sep. 7, 2010
According to reports from Iran, on Monday September 6, at least seven prisoners were severely injured after bloody clashes in cellblock 1 in Gohardasht Prison. Four of these prisoners were taken to hospitals outside of prison because of the severity of their injuries and are in critical condition.
One of the prisoners identified as Javad Zare was struck on the head with a sword and his eye was scooped out in the prison infirmary. Another prisoner who had a deep wound on his head was taken to a hospital outside of prison.
The clashes in these cellblocks are carried out with the instigation and encouragement of the Prison Intelligence Unit and those who participate in these clashes and attack prisoners are intelligence elements in prison and are also used in distributing drugs and suppressing prisoners.
When a clash starts in a cellblock, prison guards close the cellblock doors and let the gangs attack their victims. These attacks are carried out with the intention of fatally wounding or severely injuring the victims. Prison guards only intervene after the clashes end and start evacuating the wounded prisoners. In most cases the attackers are not held accountable and continue their crimes in the cellblocks.
The organizers of these clashes in various prison cells are Kermani and Faraji, the head and assistant head of the Intelligence Unit in this prison.

Study of reason for regime failure on Quds Day
5 September 2010
The very low turn out on Quds Day and the media boycott of this event has led regime officials to examine the reasons behind this failure on Quds Day.
One example of this evaluation was published by the state-run Farda Website in which Ismail Ahmadi Moqadam, the head of the State Security Forces, said that carrying out security maneuvers before Quds Day was ‘bad taste’. But he claimed that the maneuver was for ‘robbers and other like them’.
Farda wrote: Ismail Ahmad Moqadam implicitly criticized the Prevention Maneuver on Thursday (September 2). This maneuver was to counter armed robbers and other criminals.
The head of the State Security Forces said that carrying out this police maneuver a day before Quds Day was ‘bad taste’.
Ahmadi Moqadam said that the carrying out the Crime Prevention Maneuver one day before Quds might ‘have been because of the bad taste of our colleagues on choosing the day of the maneuver”.
On Thursday, the streets of Tehran were filled with police forces one day before Quds Day. The head of the Tehran Security forces immediately reacted to rumors regarding the heavy police presence and said that it was part of the ‘Prevention’ plan.

Foreign Ministry admits to mullahs’ stalemate
5 September 2010
The spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry admitted to the negative results of international sanctions for the mullah’s dictatorship and said that “if we retreat, we will have nothing left”.
According to the state-run Fars News Agency on September 5, Mehman Parast said, “We do not welcome any sanctions or resolutions, we do not want to go towards a resolution but we are not willing to retreat from our rights because of the pressures… nothing will be left for us”.
Notably, Ahmadinejad had constantly said that ‘we welcome sanctions and sanctions are in our interest according to a program that we had set’.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman also said that a “Special Staff will be created to counter sanctions in the Foreign Ministry” and said that “we do not welcome sanctions and they are not in the interest of the Iranian people”.
Special Staff counter sanctions in Ministry of Foreign Affairs
He referred to the problems after sanctions and said, “For example, there are chemical goods that have a 96 percent non-military use and four percent is only used for military purposes and immediately when a tradesman becomes active on these grounds, they claim that you intend to use these goods for military purposes in Iran. They even claim that cement and iron rods are sensitive goods and that they are used in military fortified sanctuaries or strongholds”.

September 5, 2010
Hossein Sasani, the Secretary General of the Iranian regime’s Industry Confederation admitted to the effects of the sanctions and said, “Resolution 1929 in the Security Council has targeted and limited bank transactions in addition to limitations for military purchases, activities of economical businesses and ocean transportations”.

Larijani sounds alarm bells on growing threats for the Iranian regime
September 5, 2010
The Iranian regime’s parliamentary speaker has admitted that the regime is facing “difficult threats” in comments that echoed growing fears in the regime over recent domestic and regional developments.
Ali Larijani made the unprecedented remarks during a speech in Qom, according to the state-run Mehr news agency on Friday.
“A quick glimpse at the country’s situation shows that we are facing difficult threats and overcoming them requires a period of resistance. We have to avoid making costly statements.”
“Currently, we are being threatened economically, culturally, politically and regionally. The most important of them are economic threats and the West is trying to impose various sanctions to cause drain the system from within and diminish the political influence of the establishment among people.”
Larijani said in thinly veiled remarks that clearly expressed anxiety, “The enemies are targeting the Islamic Republic’s capabilities in the region. A triangle is currently being formed that consist of the three sides of pressuring Iran, pressuring the Lebanese resistance forces and creating a mild atmosphere for the Palestinians to pursue peace talks.”
Referring to expanding conflicts within the clerical regime, Larijani said talk of issues that might encourage discord should be set aside. “Domestically, the enemies are trying to incite divisions among our internal loyal forces in order to achieve their ends.”

Ahmadinejad's debt problems spread to other parts of economy
September 5, 2010
While the government of the mullahs’ President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is grappling with a $140 billion debt, various parts of the economy and social services are taking huge blows.
According to a Aftab state-run news agency, 750,000 farmers have lost their jobs during the past five years alone. Aftab said that the latest reports and statistics by the regime show that bank credits to farmers are severely restricted and despite rising inflation, the government buys agricultural products like rice and wheat at cheap prices citing dubious pretexts.
At the same time, other agricultural products, particularly fruits, are being imported in an unbridled fashion, which leads to more unemployment in the industry.
Separately, 120,000 teachers have also lost their jobs, according to Arman newspaper. This week, a number of teachers protested to the decision by gathering in front of the regime’s Majlis (Parliament).
Meanwhile, the regime’s prisons are unprecedentedly overcrowded. Recently, the head of the regime’s Prisons Organization said there are over 205,000 people behind bars in Iran, warning that “if the trend were to continue, a serious human catastrophe will be in the works.”
According to the regime’s Prisons Organization statistics, while the average rate of prisoners in the world is 132 for every 100,000 people, “in Iran, there are 348 inmates for every 100,000 people.”
The Ahmadinejad government has also made a significant calculation mistake in declaring the banking system’s capacity to issue credits. According to the state-run Donyay-e Eqtesad on August 30, although the banks could issue 23 billion dollars in credit, the government declared the amount as 70-80 billion dollars, making a mistake of over 50 billion dollars.

There is unbridled poverty in Iran, the regime's mullah Makarem Shirazi says
September 4, 2010
A cleric close to the Iranian regime says poverty in Iran has spun out of control. “On the other hand,” he added, “we see the enormous money provided to some people whose status is well known.”
Mullah Nasser Makarem Shirazi also referred to the hefty financial contracts involving actors and athletes.
He added, “Moreover, a substantial amount of money is spent out of the government budget on individuals who are described as Iranians living abroad.”
There are villages which are deprived of the most basic medical services and residents have to jump into the river to bathe, Shirazi said.
His comments were apparently targeting a state-organized “conference of Iranians abroad,” which took place last month in Tehran for the second consecutive year and was run by a close aide to the mullahs’ President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
People who attended the gathering had their expenses paid in full by the Ahmadinejad government during their three day visit to Iran.
Some observers say the so-called conference was organized by Tehran to dispel its image as an isolated regime and to spur foreign investment.
But, even members of Ahmadinejad’s own faction began to lash out at the decision and even the participants. Some said the attendees did not come to invest but instead were motivated by an all expense paid trip to the country.

'QODS DAY'

Tehran- reports on Quds Day march
Sept. 3, 2010

The seven paths that the Iranian regime had determined for the Quds Day March was so empty that the government was forced to park public transportations automobiles in these paths and streets. From Azadi Square to Enqelab Square in all the paths, the crowds barely reached one thousand. Regime supporters were walking in groups of two or three towards Enqelab Square which was the main site of the gathering in despair because of the lack of public participation Millions of colorful posters, pictures and other writing were left unused in the hands of regime forces because there were no mass crowds to distribute the posters to. The crowds participating in the Quds state-run marches were those who usually participate in Friday Prayers. Even those who usually came just to get food and drinks did not participate in the march.

Tehran – Karim Khan Zand Street

UPDATE ON IRAN - Aug. 19, 2010

The Beginning of the End of the Clerical Rule in Iran
No.688

Regime’s nuclear Project

The clerical regime steps up it nuclear projects

The Mullahs try to achieve the atomic bomb before sanctions can affect them thoroughly
Tehran, August 17, 2010
While the sanctions are stepping up pressures on the religious fascism ruling Iran leading also to the deepening of schism within the regime, regime’s head of Atomic Energy Organization announced: “appointing locations for 10 more uranium enrichment sites is done and the construction of one of the sites will be started before the end of the year”.
In another event Ahmadinejad emphasized on continuation of 20% uranium enrichment.
With all these maneuvers that are totally the violation of UN Security Council’s resolutions and the NPT treaty the clerical dictatorship tries to pretend from one hand that the pressure of the sanctions is nothing for it and from the other hand it tries to speed up it nuclear projects to achieve atomic bomb before the sanctions can drastically affect it.

Students Committee in Iran wants to echo the voice of Iran’s resistance that achieving nuclear bomb is a part of Mullahs’ strategy for their ominous survival and they will never give up on that.
Any potential negotiation with this regime will just buy them more time and make the result of the sanctions blunt.
In Students Committee in Iran we demand thorough oil, trade, technology and diplomatic sanctions against this regime as an essential act to prevent the terrorists ruling Iran from achieving atomic bomb and we warn the international society for any negligence in that regard.

Or should we repent because you have made parents to mourn their children such as Neda, Sohrab and...Or because you have buried those you killed at night in unknown graves...Should we repent and ask for pardon because our youths have been tortured and kept in Kahrizak or because you have forced the prisoners to confess as you wish them too?..
