Youths of the Uprising in Tehran call people for the uprising on July 9 in different regions of Tehran by writing slogans.
Slogans of ‘death to Khameni’and ‘July 9 is on its way’ were written on the walls of Javadieh and Tehranpars regions as well as Naghdi, Jashnvareh, Abollah, Sajadieh and Hashem streets.

-A source said: “IRGC has evaluated that the uprising of July 9 will be directed from outside the country, After Saturday June 26 measures for confronting an uprising on July 9 will start...”.

-After June 20 Bassij of Sharif Industrial University has sent 200 of its elements at the university to a camp in Isfahan but they are supposed to come back on June 27 getting prepared for potential clashes on July 9.

-Bassiji students of Sharif Industrial University intended to go back to their towns for summer holidays but university’s Bassijs have been ordered to stay till July 16 being prepared for potential unrests.

-Alireza Baigi, East Azerbaijan’s governor had said before that as Ahmadinejad has suggested University of Khaje Nasir in Tehran will be transferred to Maraqeh a city in the province calling the plan ‘providing justice in the country’ but Mohammad Taghi Bethaee the dean said that the university will be transferred to Tehran suburbs. It is to be mentioned that after the beginning of the Uprising clerical regime has intended for displacement of some universities in Tehran to disperse the students decreasing their potential danger for the regime.

Regime Supreme Leader, Khamenei expressed his concern for the second time in this weak about the downfall of his regime; what he called ‘dusty condition’.
He asked regime’s bands to take crystal clear positions against the enemies to preserve the regime.
Calling the current situation of regime which will lead to its downfall as ‘dusty condition’ Khamenei said: “in such dusty condition even some elites make mistakes so we need a criterion in the time of ‘sedition’...this criterion is ...decisively confronting the protesting enemies, having clear demarcation with the enemy and being aware of its deceptions.

Mullah Sedighi fears regime’s downfall

In Tehran’s Friday prayer this week mullah Sedighi while worried said: “we are under siege today. We are under sanctions. We had overcome a blind and dangerous sedition but we mustn’t be negligent of it yet.
Mullah Sedighi named the schism within the top of the regime as well as the Uprising the reason for sanctions and said: “you must know that some elements were in contact with out side the country and all the world was beside them. The whole world still thinks that it has been able to separate some form us and take them into the streets. One of the issues about recent sanctions is that these separated people gave hope to foreigners so that they could put us under sanctions. They think that they could break our solid unity”.
Sedighi pointed to the worlds of Khamenei and said: “preserving unity has been the pillar for survival and life. When a person dies his body disintegrates beneath the soil. If you see that we are disintegrating know that we are dying (the regime)”.

20 decrees for death penalty

The head of Headquarters of Social Prevention and Security of Kurdistan Province’s Prosecutor Office, Hasan Babaie announced: “so far 20 decrees of execution have been issued for inmates accused of smuggling narcotics in the province. 8 of these decrees have been executed so far”.
It is to be mentioned that the clerical regime has executed numerous political prisoner under the disguise of executing smugglers.

Dossier of Zainab Jalalian, political activist from Makoo who has been imprisoned since two years ago on charge of ‘Moharebe’ and cooperating with Pejak Group has been sent to the Bureau of Execution of Decrees.
Zainab’s trial was held without the presence of any lawyer for her and lasted only few minutes.

Larijani conceded to regime’s need for killing of people and suppression of women

Larijani defended suppression of women and said: “interference of other powers to deprive people from having part is against justice for example the plan of ‘veil and chastity’ has been postponed for 5 years while this plan was to flourish talents”.
Larijani pointing to ‘improper veil’ as a crime asked for shorter trials and said: “the judiciary must act more decisively and swiftly, a crime occurs and we punish the criminal two years later. If this time interval decreases to two weeks then this would be preventing”.

Iran shoots and kills 14 year-old Kurd boy
June 26, 2010
A 14-year-old boy was fatally shot by security forces in Kurdistan.
On June 25, Friday night security forces in the Doli Darmanavi region in Sardasht opened fire on a group of traders.
Zaniar Ibrahimi, 14, from the Faqih Khadrian Village was fatally shot as a result.
Last Wednesday night, another group of traders were ambushed by security forces in Marivan and two traders identified as Yadollah Berazi, 24, and Suran Amini were severely wounded. (Kurdish Perspective)

Kurd female prisoner on verge of execution

Last week the case of Zeinab Jalalian, a death row political prisoner was sent to the Sentence Implementation Department for permission to carry out the sentence. According to the court verdict, Jalalian was convicted of moharebeh (enmity with God) and sentenced to death for being a member of a dissident party and propagandist activities. Zeinab was tried without a lawyer in a court which lasted only a few minutes. Her case which was confirmed in a court of review a short time ago, was also upheld by the Supreme Court and sent to the Sentence Implementation Department.

Jailed labor activist’s daughter in law loses baby after abduction and torture by regime forces

The family of Mansour Osalu demanded that the arrest and beating of their young daughter in law be legally looked into. Mrs. Osalu announced this and said, “My daughter in law was two months pregnant and we were totally unaware of this issue. She had severe bleeding because of the attack and when we looked into this issue, we realized that she was two months pregnant and unfortunately, she lost the baby”.
Mansour Osalu is the head of the Union of Workers of the Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company and is one of the most well known labor activists in Iran who has been sentenced to 5 years of prison on security charges.
Now, while Osalu has served four years of his prison term, his young daughter in law was arrested and beaten in an unknown location according to her family and after being threatened not to disclose this issue, was dumped under the Seyed Khandan Bridge.

Jailed student activist in poor condition in prison denied treatment

 Majid Tavakoli, a well known student activist who was transferred to cellblock 350 in Evin Prison on June 22 is in poor health and officials are oblivious to his condition.
Because of the hard prison conditions and hunger strike in solitary in cellblock 240, Tavakoli is suffering from lung problems and his condition is deteriorating by the day.
The previous medicine which was prescribed for Tavakoli is not affective anymore and Dr. Behzadian Nejad, his cellmate, has advised him not to take this medicine anymore because it will have consequences.
Majid Tavakoli is currently in room 2 in cellblock 350 and since his transfer has only had a two minute phone call with his family.
It has been some time that despite the construction work and poor conditions in cellblock 350, jailed political prisoners in other cellblocks (especially cellblocks 7 and 8) have been transferred to this cellblock. Prisoners are subjected to stricter limitations there.
Majid Tavakoli, a student of the Amir Kabir University in Tehran was arrested on December 7, 2009 and has been sentenced to eight and half years of prison.

Drastic situation of production of crude oil under clerical rule

This will lead to a decrease of production of almost 18% in crude oil as experts say putting financial pressure on regime and its suppressive organ IRGC.

Brave youths of Rasht attacked a SSF patrol

The brave youths of Rasht surrounded a SSF patrol which intended to harass some women and by braking the glasses made them leave the scene.
On last Thursday in one of the streets of Rasht a SSF patrol intended to bother some ladies on the excuse of having bad veil. But the youths severely reacted to them.
The passengers of the SSF patrol car didn’t dare to get off the car and the youths booed them constantly and chanted ‘dictator’, ‘dictator’.
They broke the back glass of the car and the agents had to run away.

At Saee Park in Tehran slogans of ‘you henchman Khamenei, July 9 is coming’ and ‘death to Khamenei is seen on the benches, on the ground, at the entrance of the park, and power boxes.
On the seats of buses in Enghelab Square towards Rahahan slogan of ‘we swear to the blood of the martyrs we will pull down your Velayat- don’t forget July 9’ and ‘Khamenei be ready the nation’s army is on its way’ is seen.
In Nabard St, Dahom Farvardin and streets ending to them in Sad Dastgah region the slogan of ‘the month of Tir comes again, Khamenei’s life is over- don’t forget July 9’ is written by the brave youths of this region.

Bahonar, a regime’s MP from Khamenei’s band expressed his concern about the continuation of the Uprising calling it ‘soft-war’ and asked for decisive confrontation with the participants in the uprising.
Bahonar also pointed to the incurable schism amongst bands affiliated with Khamenei and said: “one of the existing threats for our front (hardliners) is a small group within us who are behaving to eliminate the other group...”.
He emphasized that these groups cannot make peace and said: “this small group accuses the others who don’t fully yield to them, as to being affiliated with world’s arrogance and even with blasphemy”.
Bahonar demanded that the defeated fraction repents and said in that case they can reconstruct themselves and have activities within the framework of the System”.

Salehi the head of regime’s Atomic Energy Organization conceded to the global condemnation of human rights violation of this dictatorship and said: “there are words to put pressure on Iran by human rights issues...it was said from the beginning that all the pressures on Iran by the western countries is not only for nuclear issue. If we retreat now we wouldn’t know how far they will charge forward”.

While global sanctions against the clerical dictatorship are increasing and this regime is accelerating towards its downfall, once more Ahmadinejad babbled and claimed that the establishment of the world and Security Council must change and said that a world without Valiy-e-Faghieh will not prosper!
He added: “we have plan for changing this unjust world and for establishing a just system. A part of this plan is to say that Security Council is not just so it must be changed. By issuing the resolution against us countries proved our words...”.
Ahmadinejad added: “these are unimportant people and will not progress...Real prosperity will come by yielding to Velayat...”.
Reacting to 1929 resolution he said: “they issue the resolution and then tell us come for negotiation. OK come but we will negotiate as such that you will regret what you did and you will not repeat it”.

Javad Larijani said that last year’s uprising was much higher than a war and it was only Khamenei who could confront that.
He pointed that the uprising was so heavy that if Khamenei wasn’t regime’s leader a lot of regime forces would have turned their back on it.
This regime’s element pointed to the dispute amongst regime’s bands and warned: “nothing will make our enemy happier than the fact that we are fighting each other”.

Mr. Osanloo’s daughter in law abducted

The agents of regime’s Intelligence Ministry beat Mr. Osanloo’s daughter in law, Mrs. Samadi in Karaj’s metro station and abducted her. This vicious act was conducted in front of the eyes of the passengers.
The agents grasped Mrs. Samadi from her hair and dragged her while beating her. When she protested and introduced herself to the crowd present they taped her mouth and took her away to an unknown location.
The strokes were concentrated on her head and face and they hit her head against the wall several times. Her gums were bleeding, her teeth broken, her head swollen and her hands and right leg injured.
The agents yelled at her that you must promise that if Osanloo is free he must not stay and must not do anything”.

On June 23 in the morning forces of Harasat and Plainclothes raided Azad University of Qazvin taking control of it to prevent any commemoration ceremony for Ashkan Soharabi and Amir Javadifar who gave their lives for freedom last year. They collected all black textures and candles.

Controlling use of internet at university
Shiraz, June 26, 2010
An ISC member from Shiraz Industrial University said that since June 12 each student has a password for using internet so that he or she can be controlled. They have been told that if they go to banned sites they must anticipate the consequences of it. Many of the students didn’t accept the password and protested against the act. Many students are trying to use Cafe Nets to detour the password.

Three students of Islamic Association from Mohaghegh Ardebili University in Ardebil were arrested.
In another event Arash Sadeghi student activist and a student of Philosophy from Allaemeh Tabatabaee University was condemned to 6 years imprisonment and being lashed 74 strokes on charge of gathering and propagating against the regime.
In his leave in Norooz, Arash has told his friends that he has been severely beaten in the prison and his right shoulder has been damaged twice.

60 workers of Noor Battery Factory in Saveh have not received their wages for four months. The manager has postponed these wages based on no reason. The workers have threatened several times that they will stop working but the manager has told them that if they do so he will announce that the factory is bankrupted and they will all lose their jobs.

Mashad, June 25, 2010
A smuggling band that smuggles women has been identified in Mashad. The members of this band marry with the daughters of poor families who come on pilgrimage to Mashad and then sell these girls in the neighboring countries.
Note: It has to be mentioned that most of these bands are regime’s elements who are left free to conduct such inhuman act.

Iran shoots and kills two young Kurd tradesmen
June 23, 2010 - Two young Kurds were killed in the ongoing pressure of regime forces against Kurd tradesmen. According to reports from eastern Kurdistan, on June 11 in the Valeh Sour Alia Village, security forces opened fire on two Kurd tradesmen killing Samad Hassanpour, 20 and Jamil Rashidi, 18. (Norouz TV)

Iran kidnaps and tortures jailed labor activist’s daughter in law
June 24, 2010 - According to reports, Mrs. Samadi, the daughter in law of Mansour Osalu, the jailed head of the Union of Workers of the Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company was kidnapped by three agents of the Intelligence Agency and was violently tortured.
On Wednesday, June 23 at about 5:30 pm, while Zoya Samadi was going home from work and got off at the Karaj Metro Station, she was violently attacked by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence. These agents pulled her by her hair and beat her. Samadi cried out for help and told other passengers that she was Osalu’s daughter in law but these agents taped her mouth shut to prevent her from crying out.
She was then taken to an unknown location with a car. These agents shackled, blindfolded and tied down in a cell and subjected her to beatings for a long period of time.
She was mostly struck in the face and head and her head was pounded on the wall a number of times. The signs of torture are clearly evident all over her body. She sustained cuts in her gum, injuries in her teeth, bumps on her head and injuries and cuts in her hands and right foot. Her whole body has also been bruised as a result.
Agents shouted and threatened while beating her that she had to pledge that when Osalu was released from prison, he would not carry out any activities.
After hours of torture and abuse, they dumped her tortured body at about 9:45pm under the Seyed Khandan Bridge and left the scene. They also threatened that she was not to file a complaint and should not talk to anyone about the incident or she would have to face the consequences.
After 24 hours, Zuya Samadi is still in shock and has not returned to a normal mental state.

Police ‘deal with’ students instead of ‘troublemakers’
June 24, 2010 - Three students of the Central Tehran Unit of the Free University were insulted and humiliated and temporarily arrested on charges of ‘harassing women’ while they were talking in their car.
Criminal records for harassing women were filed for these three students who are political activists in the Free University.
These students who went to the Central Tehran Unit with a science committee scholarship are forced to go to the free university in their original cities.

Political prisoner barred from going to mother’s funeral
June 24, 2010 - Taha Ahmadi, a Kurd political activist went on a hunger strike in protest to a measure by prison authorizes which banned him from going to his mother’s funeral.
According to the regime’s own rules, when a family member of a prisoner passes away, he/she can participate in his/her funeral.
But prison authorities refused to give Taha Ahmadi this right. He went on a hunger strike from June 23 in protest to this measure.
This political prisoner who suffers from kidney problems has requested a medical leave several times but officials have not allowed such a leave as yet. He has been charged with cooperating with Kurd parties. (Kurdistan News Agency)

Iran top human rights official: flogging is not torture
June 22, 2010 - According to the Secretary of the Human Rights Staff of the Judiciary, methods like flogging have been considered torture in the Human Rights Conference while according to Islamic rules, flogging is a punishment and not torture. He also said that according to the constitution, torture in banned in Iran and therefore there is no torture in Iran, only punishment. (Radio France)

325 politically active people arrested in one month in Iran
June 22, 2010 - In the 31 days of the month of Khordad (May 22 – June 21) according to evidence, 325 citizens were arrested for political activities or protesting against the government.
From the beginning of the month of Khordad, arrests have increased and on the first anniversary of the presidential election (protests), a large number of protesters who came out on the streets were arrested.
According to this report, 206 citizens, 69 students and student activists, 9 Kurd activists, 8 Azeri activists, 5 people who followed a minority religion, 5 journalists, 4 political activists, one human rights activist, one women’s rights activist and 13 other people who included a teacher and a head of university were arrested under various excuses.

35 Qazvin University students receive disciplinary sentences for political activities
June 22, 2010 - Thirty five Qazvin University students were given heavy disciplinary sentences by the Disciplinary Committee in this university.
Details of the sentences are still not known. This is while a large number of students from this university were suspended from education and a number of others were arrested and sentenced to heavy prison terms last June.
According to reports, four professors and five students in this university were arrested after June 2009. It seems they were arrested for participating in protest gatherings after the presidential elections last year and in protest to the killing of protesters.

Student activist sentenced to 6 years of prison and flogging
June 23, 2010 - According to reports, Arash Sadeqi, a student activist from Alameh Tabatabayi University who is also a member of the Youth Branch of the Participation Front was sentenced to six years of prison and 74 lashes by the 26th branch of the Revolutionary Court on charges of assembling and conspiring against the government and spreading propaganda against the government.
Arash Sadeqi was sentenced to 3 years of prison for a previous case related to Student Day events and his current sentence is related to his arrest on Ashura (December 27, 2009).
Arash Sadeqi told his friends on his New Years leave from prison that he was beaten and that he sustained injuries in his right shoulder for the second time.

More than 1,500 people arrested for improper veiling and immoral behavior
June 23, 2010 - The social assistant of the State Security Forces announced that from the start of the Chastity and Veiling Plan, 1,524 people were arrested.
“Sixty-seven percent of the detainees were between 16 to 20 years old, 31 percent were between 21 to 25 and 13.8 percent were between 26 to 30 years old”. (ISNA state-run News Agency)

Baha’i man sentenced to more than 4 years of prison
June 23, 2010 - Afshin Iqani, a Baha’i man from Semnan was sentenced to 4 years, 3 months and one day of prison.
He was sentenced to four years of prison for ‘creating groups with the intention of disrupting the security of the country’. It has been stated in the sentence that any activity related to the Baha’i faith is illegal therefore these activities are only carried out with the intention of disrupting the security of the country. He was sentenced to 3 months and one day of prison for spreading propaganda against the government and advertising and promoting dissident (Baha’i) groups.

Kayhan Daily complains de-listing of PMOI in Germany

In an article on last Wednesday Kayhan Daily, Khamenei’s organ showed his deepest worry about the de-listing of PMOI by Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and wrote: “Germany’s interior ministry and a security organ there announced that the terrorist group of Monafeghin and NCRI affiliated with that group will be de-listed from the reactionary and terrorist groups of that country...Monafaghin have been enlisted in this list since 20 years ago...the political rule and intelligence and security apparatus of Germany yields to US  Foreign Ministry’s and Zionist intelligence services because of their embarrassing defeat in the second world war. CIA and Mused intelligence services use Germany as their spying terminal and for deployment of terrorists”.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry slaps Britain for having PMOI out of list

A year and half after PMOI was de-listed in EU the clerical regime expressed once more its discontent. Regime’s Foreign Ministry’s spokesman, Mehmanparast said: “we don’t no the reason Britain took PMOI out of terror list”.
Mehmanparast pointed to regime’s latest plot against PMOI saying that it’s members wanted to explode some public places with support of Britain and some other western countries in regard of which Britian’s and other western ambassadors were summoned and said: “the last event was arresting some members of Monafeghin (the name regime calls PMOI) who confessed that they had been in contact with Britain’s intelligence services to execute terrorist plots in Tehran. This was the reason we summoned Britain’s ambassador and seriously protested such behavior. And we don’t know why did Britain de-listed this small group”.

Khamenei expresses his fear from the spread of crisis and schism within his bands

While crisis and schism within regime has spread inside the dominant fraction, Khamenei called the downfall stage of clerical dictatorship as ‘very sensitive time’.
Speaking amongst some elements of Bassij he said: “today the country needs unity, any kind of words, moves and writings even with honest intensions that would lead to schism in the society and cruelty against some is against the country’s and Islamic System’s interest”.
Khamenei added: “preserving unity and solidarity in the society and preventing any dispute and schism is leadership’s opinion in this sensitive time”.
Khamenei clearly asked regime’s bands to act as he says and added: “principles and the directions of move are clear. Whoever moves in this framework is inside the circle of Islamic Republic”.
‘Demarcation with enemies’ is what he called the touchstone of regime’s bands to show how close they are to him.
Khamenei tried to raise its forces morale by saying: “current situation is sensitive today because the centers of world’s arrogance are leading the way in confronting Islamic move, the true symbol of which is Islamic Republic of Iran...but their hasty measures to issue the resolution, unrealistically maximizing the sanction and then their military threat all show that the system of arrogance is becoming passive in regard with the great move within the Islamic world”.

Mullah Eje’ee warned about schism

Mullah Eje’ee regime’s General Prosecutor expressed his concern about continuous defect and demoralization within the clerical regime and said: “some who thought that they were the tick trunk of the System fall”.

Following the pressures and threats of Ahmadinejad’s subordinates on and against the parliament, it yielded and endorsed the High Council of regime’s Cultural Revolution’s endorsements in regard with Azad University.
On last Sunday despite the will of Ahmadinejad’s government, regime’s parliament endorsed a plan. The government wanted to have control over the Azad University but the plan said that the university is a public wealth.
During last two days Khamenei’s bands inside and outside the parliament put a lot of pressure on it including organizing Bassiji mercenaries outside the parliament chanting against Larijani and Majlis and threatening him. The dispute was so acute that the bands called Larijani as ‘incapable head of Majlis’ and ‘accomplice of Mafia and Rafsanjani’.
On June 23 the parliament voted in favor of Ahmadinejad’s plan.

Moghadam in critical condition in Uromieh Prison

A Kurd pisoner Kaveh Kurdi Moghadam imprisoned in Uromeih Prison is suffering from cancer and is in a very critical condition.
Though his physicians have said that there is no hope for him but still the prison’s officials do not agree with his leave for treatment.
Mr. Moghadam is deprived from having a lawyer.
Though there is only 8 months left from his term but his family’s protest and the protest of his cellmates had no effect on his status.
It is said that he is one of the main reasons of the protests of political prisoners in Uromieh Prison.

62,000 people receive notices on ‘improper veiling’ in Qom
June 21, 2010
 More than 100 automobiles have been impounded for improper veiling and more than 62,000 improperly veiled people in the Province of Qom have received notices.
Khorasani the head of the Public Security Police in the province of Qom cited this issue and said, “The promotion of improper veiling and immorality in the society is one of the goals of the enemy in creating a soft war and the enemies try to damage public chastity in this way”.
“The Security Police has dealt with improperly veiled motorists in the province in line with dealing with improper veiling and improving the culture of veiling and chastity in various sectors of the society”. (Tehran Emrouz Daily – State run) 

Iran increases pressure on political prisoners in Evin Prison
June 21, 2010 
 Political prisoners in Evin Prison’s cellblock 350 have been banned from calling their families since yesterday. The telephone was their only form of communication with their families.
A cell in cellblock 350 used by political prisoners was also evacuated and given to non-political prisoners and authorities have decreased the number of political prisoners’ cells. This issue has made the cells crowded because they hold many more prisoners than their normal capacity. Currently about 30 to 36 political prisoners are kept in every cell and almost 1\3 of these prisoners are forced to sleep on the floor. Despite the severe heat, these cells lack minimum cooling appliances and because the cells hold more than their capacity, prisoners are subjected to intolerable pressure.

Expressing his fear of the continuation of the Uprising, Ahmadimoghadam the head of SSF said: “SSF is getting ready for confronting the next sedition”.
Trying to raise his forces morale he absurdly claimed: “all conspiracies are nullified”.

Gholamhossein Elham a member of regime’s Council of Guidance and the former spokesman of Ahmadinejad’s cabinet emphasized on the incurable schism within the top of the regime and said that people should be evaluated by the positions they take.

ISNA state-run news agency reported on last Tuesday that Ayatollah Sistani’s representative went to Hassan Khomieni’s house in Qom and expressed his disappointment of what happened during Khomeini’s anniversary. They also changed view in regard with Qom’s and Najaf’s religious establishments.
This meeting would put Khamenei in corner.
Though to be able to confront the popular uprising Khamenei had to suppress his dissidents within the regime too but as his talisman is broken this act of Khamenei has raised the flames of their opposition which would in turn provide more room for the popular uprising.

11 MPs resigned

As the disputes within regime’s bands escalates over the plan regarding the financial backup of Azad University, 11 members of regime’s Educational Commission in the parliament resigned and announced that they will not participate in the session of this commission any more.
These members accused Abbaspoor the head of the commission that he is misusing his position for approval of the plan.

Following the disputes within regime’s bands Ahmad Tavakoli a dedicated MP of Khamenei warned Larijani the head of regime’s parliament: “don’t make us to question the board of directors of Majlis”.
Simultaneously Khamenei’s band and supporters of Ahmadinejad gathered some Bassijies in front of Majlis to chant against their rival band and against Larijani the head of Majlis. They chanted: “Hashemi, Rafsanjani congratulation on your unity”, “Larijani be ashamed and leave the position of head of Majlis”, “Larijani the liar where is your path of Velayat”, “a Majlis without Velayat must be closed” and “the plunder of public wealth must be executed”.

The second in command of the headquarters of regime’s armed forces, Qolamali Rashid, warned that ‘enemy’s threat is real’ and called on regime’s armed forces to be ready for military attack.
Rashid said: “US is trying to change the System by plans such as ‘velvety revolution’ and by making evil our nuclear issue. She is trying to make others fear our nuclear project and has entered restraining Iran’s power and influence in the region in her agenda”.
Pasdar Rashid interviewing with Fars news agency affiliated with RGC added: “during last five years a considerable change is observed in enemy’s military activities. Their threat has become constitutional and the trend of establishing bases, military foundations and providing equipments against Iran has escalated”.
He continued that to prevent negligence in regard with the enemy Khamenei has emphasized that the enemy’s threat is real and ‘with our negligence the threat would not go away, the armed forces must be ready all the time”.
Rashid added: “combat and defend plans must be so that they would be executive just as if it is the night of operation”.

Disputes go deep within regime’ bands

Azad University has a budget of 250,000 billion tomans. The plundering bands of the clerical regime are fighting in order to gain control over this budget. The dispute has opened its way to regime’s parliament under the plan of ‘Supporting Facilities and Strengthening Institutions and Educational Centers of Non-Governmental High Level Education’. This endorsment rules out the new constitution for this university blocking the way of Ahmadinejad in having control over this university which belongs to Rasfanjanies band.
In that regard Shariatmadari the director of Kayhan Daily, Khamenei’s organs attacks Rafsanjani saying that as the Head of Constitutional Board of this university Rafsanjani is supporting this plan.

- Shiraz June 21, 2010- On June 20 about 40 students of Shiraz gathered in Shiraz Moalem Park to commemorate the anniversary of June 20 uprising and to pay respect to those who gave their lives for Iran’s freedom but they were attacked by suppressive agents shortly after they gathered and were dispersed.

- Tehran June 21, 2010- On June 20 at 12 midnight people demonstrated at Tehran-Karaj metro and chanted ‘death to the principle of Velayat-e-Faghieh’. They clashed with some Bassijies and Intelligence agents present.

- Tehran June 21, 2010- It was all hit and run clashes in Tehran today said an ISC member on June 20, Khamenei’s mercenaries were everywhere. He is really afraid of us. From Enghelab Sq. to Mosadegh Intersection was completely different from Khosh St. to Azadi. Many people had come out of their homes and had filled the region. Suppressive forces were more than ever today and they were completely equipped with batons, helmet, and sprays...

Iranian Regime’s measures

-Tehran, June 20, 2010- The security atmosphere in region of Kuj Square- Sa’adat Abad was like this: Sanat Square was closed and SSF patrols with cars stopped youths and searched them. About 4 cars and two motorcycles and 10 to 15 SSF were present. At Kuj Sq. a great number of SSF and Plainclothes were stationed in the mosque and beside it. In Sarv Sq. forces of Especial Guards Unit were present.

-Tehran, June 20, 2010- To prevent any protest gathering at the place of the murder of Neda Agha Soltan on June 20, 2009 regime’s security forces were vastly present in Khosravi St, Salehi Alley were Neda died and taped people passing by to provoke fear and horror. Regime’s element conceded regime’s helplessness in regard with PMOI

The first commander of RGC and regime’s former ambassador to France, Javad Mansouri pointed to the fact that PMOI is very welcomed amongst the youths and warned the head of the regime: “We shouldn’t be content that PMOI is stationed in Baghdad or Jordan. They are organized inside the country and they aim at rooting up the state gradually”.

In his interview with Fars news agency affiliated with RGC, Javad Mansouri being also an intelligence element, conceded to PMOI’s role in destabilizing the clerical dictatorship and said: “we didn’t take them serious, we didn’t try to identify them and we didn’t suppress them”.

“This is very serious. You think that they are there and are content with having activities in Baghdad and Jordan? No. They clearly say that they are organized in Iran and are active. They had said this several times”.

Answering the question that how he considers PMOI’s role he answered: “Hypocrite’s organization has had a great role in ruining Islamic Republic’s face. They had lots of sites and they made films and conveyed news. They were active both inside the country and abroad. Unfortunately we don’t dare to announce that”.

Answering a question about PMOI’s power and goal in confronting clerical dictatorship, Mansouri said: “their strategy is to weaken the System and gradually overthrow it. What is important is that they ruin our face. This is very important and we are unfortunately negligent about it. ...I went to Haj this year. Moslems around the world seriously asked us constantly ‘will you survive’, ‘are you weakened’, ‘what is going on’. I talked to tens of Moslems from around the world. They all had serious questions; you gentleman should have come and answered them. Important people had these questions too...”

Mansouri admitted that from the beginning of the rule of clerical dictatorship Khomeini has counted PMOI as its No. 1 enemy and had issued the Fatwa for suppressing the organization and added: “Imam’s decision was decisive and completely right. If he showed the slightest weakness the System would have confronted a serious problem. PMOI had a broad organization... and it was successful in gaining the support of West and East... Kayhan state-run daily wrote that the clerical regime has been under a lot of pressure during last few weeks because of not only the resolution of sanctions approved in Security council but because after that US and EU had issued more sanctions against the regime and in addition to that regime has been condemned in UN’s Human Rights Council.

- At 1910 June 20 in Sadeghieh Square about 80 to 100 youths took into the square and chanted ‘death to dictator’ They constantly ran around the square and chanted anti-regime slogans. The suppressive agents present didn’t dare to confront them.


- On June 20 at 1800 about 300 of Tehran residents chanting ‘don’t be afraid we are all together’ and ‘with Iranian’s quest dictator is overthrown’ took into the street in Jonhori Street and held a demonstration. The suppressive agents who were stationed near Navab Safavi’s metro station tried to disperse the crowd and hit and run skirmishes took place.

- On June 20 the anniversary of resistance against clerical dictatorship and the day of martyrs and political prisoners brave students of Tehran University once again chanted ‘death to Khamenei’ and clashed with Bassiji mercenaries and plainclothes at the university. The cry of these students could be heard from Mosadegh Intersection, Kargar Street and Enghelab Square. The suppressive agents rushed to close the intersection by Iron rods to prevent people from getting close to the main door of the university and join the students. Before the protest started more than 100 Harasat Intelligence agents had surrounded the main door of Tehran University to prevent people and even students from entering the university.

- On June 20 a group of students and Tehran’s residents gathered in protest in front of Art Department’s entrance in Mosadegh Street chanting ‘death to Khamenei’, ‘Khamenei be ashamed and leave my country alone’ and ‘I am Iranian I will not surrender to oppression’. They clashed with suppressive forces and at least two of the protesters were injured. Clashes were around the streets of Balavar, Nikoee and Saba.

- Hundreds of Tehran residents and brave students of Polytechnic University protested chanting ‘death to dictator’ on June 20 and engaged with suppressive forces.

- On June 20 in Apadana Street a crowd chanted ‘death to Khamenei’ and ‘Khamenei down with your deception’.

- On June 20 at 1900 people gathered around the premises of Tehran University’s dormitory close to the place Neda Agha Soltan was killed on June 20, 2009 and chanted ‘death to Khamenei’, ‘we are Sohrab, we are Neda, we are all one voice’ and ‘Our Neda is not death, is Velayat that is death’.

- On June 20 at Sadeghieh Square and Vali-e-Asr Square brave youths chanted ‘death to dictator’.

- At Behesht-e-Zahra Cemetery on June 20 around 3 pm clashes between the crowd and the suppressive forces led to at least five injured from protesters.

- Around noon of June 20 under Hafez Bridge a crowd gathered in protest and when SSF attacked them they chanted ‘death to dictator’.

- Cires of ‘Allah O Akbar’ and ‘death to Khameni’ filled the sky of Tehran at night of June 20. People started a nightly uprising in Tehranpars, Nezamabad, Eshratabad, Rahahan, Khazaneh, Yousefabad and Naziabad regions. Also since 10 pm the cry of the anti regime slogans was heard in Sadeghieh, Shahrak-Qarb, Sa’adat Abad regions and streets of Khosh, Navab, Azerbaijan and Dampezashiki.  Residents of Eshrat Abad, Rahahan, Khazaneh, Yousef Abad too commemorated the anniversary of the nationwide uprising by their cries of ‘Allah O Akbar’ and ‘death to Khamenei’.

- Around 2230 on June 20 residents of Satarkhan Street lit candles and put them behind their windows to commemorate the martyrs of the uprising.

Around 2 pm at Shohada Square protesters gathered chanting ‘Hojat-ebn-Hasan uproot the upression (Hojat-ebn-Hasan is the 12th Imam of Shiites. Shiites believe than when he comes he will uproot all oppression)’ and ‘death to Khamenei’.
The suppressive forces viciously beat the crowd and at least five protesters were injured. In Tabresi St. a crowd of 300 strong chanted ‘death to Khamenei’. They were attacked by Plainclothes and SSF.

On June 20 a great number of people gathered in Massoud Hashemzadeh’s house and at his grave in Khoshkbijar Village paying their respect to this martyr of the last June’s uprising covering his grave with flowers. The ceremony started from 5 pm and ‘mothers of the uprising’ from Tehran, Kermanshah and Rasht participated in it.
Instead of mourning voices that is usually heard at such gatherings the participants read national songs and songs speaking of resistance. The ceremony lasted for two hours.
Massoud was killed by the direct shot of SSF on June 20 Uprising, 2009. His family was not allowed to bury him in Tehran so they had to bury him this village in Gilan Province.

- Regime’s intelligence and RGC forces along with SSF wearing plainclothes went to the restaurants and public places at around 9 pm in Enghelab, Ferdosi and Mosadegh Streets checking people’s IDs and belongings. They also controlled the passer-bys.

- On June 20 regime’s intelligence agents at Ferdosi Square attacked three girls who were taking pictures and took them to an unknown location. Also a man having camera was arrested around Tehran University.

- On June 20 alleys and streets around North Kargar St. were Neda Agha Soltan was killed, were completely invaded by intelligence agents and suppressive forces. These Khamenei mercenaries checked the IDs of passer-bys and arrested some. In the afternoon anti-riot forces joined the former group of suppressive agents.

- Colonel Zaighami from RGC’s Sarallah base had meetings from morning of June 19 till afternoon with different layers of RGC and Bassij.

- RGC and Bassij had named their suppressive plan for June 20 as ‘Imam Mohammad Bagher’.

- Brigadier General Mehdi Sabagh the criminal commander of ‘Fateme Zahra Brigade’ had the responsibility of commanding suppressive forces in region 4 of Tehran. This region includes 6 Bassij regions at west of Tehran and the Azadi Square. Hundreds have been arrested by his suppressive forces.

- Brigadier General Manochehri from RGC the operational deputy of region 10 of Tehran was transferred to region 9 because his hand was broken in clashed with brave youths on June 12.

- Groups of 10 to 15 strong people, men and women wearing black were moving throughout the city since 11 am at the anniversary of June 20th uprising. These groups were mostly moving in the central streets of the city especially near religious places such as mosques. They have even gone close to Imam Hossein Mahdieh belonging to the largest Bassij base in Tehran by Sharif Industrial University.

- Giving this possibility that students and people might gather around Sharif Industrial University on June 20, the metro station for this university was almost closed. Limitations for the passengers and metro trains increased as the hours reached the afternoon. The trains had delays and stopped at the station every few other to prevent any increase in the number of crowd at the station.

- Eyewitnesses from ISC reported at 930 on June20 that Bassiji’s especial units and SSF had actually occupied Tehran equipped with batons and guns; their number 10 times the days before. These forces were stationed in Tehranpars, Narmak, Resalat Square and around Enghelab regions since the June 19 at night to hush up any potential protest gatherings for the anniversary of Neda Ahga Soltan’s murder and the anniversary of the uprising on June 20.

- At 1230 on June 20 a group of students gathered in Sharif Industrial University singing the unity song of the students and then dispersed to announce their schedule for their protest gathering. Bassij forces were stationed at the entrance and controlled the students surrounding them.

- A member of ISC reported from Tehran Azad University Southern Unit on June 20 that after students announced their gathering for June 20, university’s Harasat posted statements all over the walls saying that it will strongly confront any protest. It also demanded in the statement that students identify those who write slogans on the walls and introduce them to the force. The number of Harasat agents at the university is 8 times before to prevent any student protest move.

- About 70 students of Meli (Beheshti) University are summoned to Disciplinary committee after they gathered in protest on June 12 and were ousted from the university.

- The section that Neda was buried in was under siege and the suppressive forces didn’t let anybody to go to the grave. 5 ladies who wanted to get to the grave were arrested and taken away.

- Regime’s intelligence Plainclothes went to Neda’s home on last Tuesday and told them not to hold any ceremony for Neda and they shouldn’t even go to Behesht-e-Zahra Cemetery were Neda is buried. The brave family did go to the cemetery in defiance of this bullying. Some other members of families of other martyrs of the uprising present in that section of the cemetery joined them.

- To prevent any protest gathering by Neda’s grave and by the graves of other martyrs of resistance, regime’s mercenaries controlled all the roads and highways ending to Behesht-e-Zahra Cemetery and made the cars with more than two passengers to return. Despite the fact people made their ways to the cemetery after to pay their respect to Neda and other martyrs of the uprising.

- Regime had stationed more than 600 SSF and Plainclothes at Behesht-e-Zahra Cemetery and around the section were the martyrs of the uprising are buried.

The head of Azad University, Islamshahr unit arrested

As the crisis within the regime escalates Fars news agency affiliated with RGC wrote: “Ali Badragheh the head of Azad University, Islamshahr unit was detained on Wednesday (June 16)”.

This measured followed the cancellation of Mullah Rasaee’s speech (an MP) from Khameni’s band at the unit. At the same time two Bassijies were beaten there.

The agency adds: “the story might be related to the fact that he is related to Mehdi Hashemi Rafsanjani and went abroad with him last year”.

Alireza Zamani a member of Social Committee of regime’s parliament said: “regarding the statistic of those killed in road accidents, Iran in No.1 in the world while the number of cars in many countries is much more than the ones in Iran”.

200 students from universities in Tehran summoned

Following the anti-regime protests of students in different universities in Tehran on June 12, 200 students have been summoned by Harasat. This act was done at the request of Harasat of Ministry of Science of Ahmadinejad’s cabinet.

On June 22 students of Tehran, Sharif Industrial, Science & Industry, Teachers’ Training, and Alzahra universities protested against the clerical regime and chanted slogans against the clerical dictatorship.

The clerical regime also summoned students whose cell phones have been confiscated on June 12 protests and threatened them that they will be ousted from universities.

Regime’s controlling measures for June 20

RGC and Bassij intend to act as such that people would not be able to gather in protest in Azadi and Enghelab Squares. So RGC forces are out of their uniforms controlling these two regions.

The regions that RGC has high presence in and is on state of alert there are Enghelab, Azadi, Navab, Amirabad, Tehran University’s dormitory’s region and the dormitory because students haven’t left the dormitory yet for their homes in other cities.

Regime has allocated RGC and Bassij and its forces in mosques for controlling the city.

To control Behesht-e-Zahra Cemetery it has dedicated Especial Units and SSF. They are tasked not to let any gathering take place at the cemetery.

Crisis within the regime escalates each day and each day a new taboo of the broke rule of Khamenei is broken.

In an article titled: “Ayatollah Khomeini, innocent or...’ Akbar Ganji revealed a glimpse of the crime against humanity committed by the anti-human clerical regime which was executed directly by the order of Khomeini.

Ganji wrote: “the first decade of revolution was the worst years of Islamic Republic’s prisons. In these years the worst kind of torture was implemented. The massacre in summer of 1988 was executed by the order of Ayatollah Khomeini which is counted crime against humanity in compliance with international courts’ penalty standards”.

Ganji continued: “Is there anyone that wouldn’t know that Ayatollah Khomeini is the commander of the crime against humanity (massacre of 30000 political prisoners in summer of 1988)? ...He clearly ordered that the Headquarters of Cultural Revolution must prevent Marxist students from having education and must purge universities from professors who have other views...”

In another part of his article Ganji pointed to the fact that Khomeini hated Dr. Mohammad Mosadegh the leader of Iran’s national movement and called him non-Moslem. Khomeini then adds: “people must talk of no one in this country” meaning that only he, Khomeini, must be taken into account in Iran.

In continuation of his article Ganji said that Khamenei is the true follower of Khomeini’s path and wrote: “... he is dedicated to Imam’s path more than any one else. Isn’t Imam’s path any thing other than the fact that ‘preservation of the System is the most essential and everything else including Islam’s primary practices can be compromised for that’?

Khameni is acting by that rule. Putting the opposition in jail, attacking houses of sources of religious law (Ayatollah Montazeri and Sane’ee) by hooligans, disqualifying sources of religious law from their positions, calling Mosavi and Karrobi spies are exactly Imam’s path.

It was Khomeini that forged the doctrine of Velayat-e-faghieh and Khamenei followed it. This regime is the regime of lie and deception...”.

360 workers of Abadan Municipality gathered in protest. They have not been paid their wages for three months and haven’t received their insurance rights for 5 months.

During last year 25000 tomans was deducted from these workers wages for their insurance but so far they have not been covered by any insurance.

The workers of Abadan’s Central Municipality too have not received their wages for two months.

When 2000 workers of Tablier Company went on strike for not receiving their wages for three months one of the managers told them: “you must get used to and accept the fact that you would receive your wages with three months delay. There are lots of workers and they are cheep”.

These workers work in depth of 40 meters under ground for building a tunnel with the length of more than ten kilometers. Their wage is only 303000 tomans per month for a job that is underground with not enough oxygen and the danger of being buried under the fallen soil.

When hiring these workers they must sign that they accept that their wages is paid with delay all the time.s

Congo enjoys lots of mines, especially Uranium mines. The clerical regime intends to get hold of the uranium there under different covers such as transferring science and technology in industrial field, transferring geological science and helping discovery of mines and their exploitation.

Since while ago regime has sent different research, technical and expert boards to Congo and has started its geological study there.

Having in mind that yellow cakes’ reservoir is about to finish in Iran it is seeking new sources that would provide the Uranium needed. In 2005 regime tried to smuggle some Uranium from Congo to Bandar Abbas but it was discovered by Tanzania’s custom.

The world community must be on alert and prevent this regime from getting hold of Congo’s Uranium.
